Are you ready to unlock the secrets of your past lives and tap into the wisdom of your higher self? Integrative therapy offers a powerful approach to healing, growth, and spiritual awakening. In this post, we‘ll explore the benefits of this holistic modality and how it can help you overcome challenges and live a more fulfilling life.
What motivated or inspired you to transition from a career in translation and interpretation to becoming a trainer, hypnotherapist, and therapist specializing in regressive and spiritual therapies?
My transition from translation to therapy came from a deep desire to facilitate more meaningful connections, not just between people, but within themselves. While my career as interpreter allowed me to bridge language and cultural gaps, I felt drawn to a greater purpose, helping others connect with their inner truths and transform their lives.
True understanding goes beyond language, it is about uncovering unspoken, emotional, spiritual layers within us.
This calling became clear during my own healing journey, where I experienced the profound impact of regression and spiritual therapy. These modalities allowed me to uncover deep insights, heal past wounds, and reconnect with my purpose.
This experience led me to develop my own Transpersonal Hypnotherapy and Regression Therapy Training, where I share the tools and techniques that have proven transformative in my own journey, rooted in compassion, curiosity, and the ability to hold space for deep healing.
Drawing on my background in interpretation and my expertise in therapy, I focus on helping practitioners cultivate the skills to truly listen, not only to what is spoken but also to the unspoken needs of everyone and their soul, empowering them to guide their clients toward meaningful breakthroughs.
How do you then weave your different modalities, somatic, emotional, energetic, and spiritual work—into one unique approach with your clients?
My approach to therapy is deeply integrative, designed to address every layer of a client’s body, mind, energy, and soul.
For example, somatic work helps clients reconnect with their bodies and release emotions stored in physical tension.
Emotional release techniques allow for safe expression of pain and unresolved feelings, while energetic clearing removes blockages that prevent healing.
Regression therapy dives deeper, uncovering and resolving patterns rooted in past experiences, whether from this life or others.
Finally, spiritual exploration through Life Between Lives brings it all together, helping clients access higher wisdom, align with their purpose, and create a life that feels authentic.
This integrative philosophy is the foundation of my teaching, and it is not just about techniques, but how to combine them to create transformative, client-centered sessions.
I always emphasize adaptability and intuition, enabling practitioners to tailor their approach to each individual client. By weaving these modalities together, my students learn to create holistic sessions that address all aspects of a client’s being, ensuring deep and lasting change, equipped not only with technical skills but with the confidence to guide clients through their most profound healing journeys.
With such a vast experience in helping people out of traumatic experiences, what are some of the most important tools you use to guide clients through their healing processes?
Healing trauma is a delicate and deeply personal process that requires a sensitive, safe, and multi-layered approach. My priority is always to create an environment where clients feel seen, heard, and fully supported. Without this foundation of safety and trust, it’s impossible for clients to explore the vulnerable aspects of their experiences. My role is to hold space for them with compassion and presence, ensuring they feel empowered and never judged.
From there, I guide clients through somatic techniques to address trauma that may be stored in the body. Trauma often manifests as physical tension or disconnection, so reconnecting with the body is a crucial first step. Gentle breathing exercises, body awareness practices, Yoga Nidra, Reiki, and grounding techniques allow clients to release the physical imprint of trauma, creating a sense of relief and safety in their own bodies.
Once the body feels grounded, I use regression therapy to help them uncover and resolve the root causes of their pain. By exploring the origins of the trauma, whether from early life, past relationships, or even past lives, clients can gain clarity and understanding. This process allows them to release old patterns and begin to see their experiences from a new, healing perspective.
Hypnotherapy is another integral part of the process. Using this tool, I help clients access their subconscious mind, where negative and limiting beliefs are often deeply ingrained. This creates a powerful shift that expands into all areas of their life.
If you could share with me more about your experience of conducting Self-Awareness and Soul Purpose retreats in different countries and how they contribute to the personal growth of your clients, that would be great.
The self-discovery and soul-purpose retreats are among the most rewarding aspects of my work. These immersive programs allow participants to step away from the noise and busyness of daily life and dive deeply into self-exploration in some of the most inspiring settings, whether it’s a tranquil beach, a serene mountain retreat, a historical location filled with cultural and spiritual significance, or simply online. These environments create the perfect backdrop for clients to reconnect with themselves in a meaningful way.
Each retreat is designed as a holistic journey into self-awareness. We use tools like the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) to help participants better understand their personality types and the ways these influence their behaviors, relationships, and life choices. By gaining clarity on their unique strengths, challenges, and communication styles, they learn how to live more fulfilling lives, build more authentic relationships, and face challenges in creative and respectful ways, for both them and others.
The retreats combine structured activities and unstructured reflection to create a balanced, nurturing experience. Group workshops foster a sense of connection and mutual support, while personal reflection time allows participants to process insights on their own terms. One-on-one sessions help tailor the experience to individual needs, and into uncovering soul-purpose. These experiences allow participants to come back “home” to themselves, gaining clarity on who they are, what they want, and how they can align with their life’s mission.
What makes these retreats particularly transformative is the depth of self-discovery that occurs. Participants often arrive feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their direction, and by the end, they leave with a renewed sense of clarity, purpose, and empowerment. Many describe these retreats as life-changing, and the breakthroughs they experience ripple out into all areas of their lives, from their personal relationships to their professional paths.
I always emphasize the importance of blending structure with intuition, as structure provides a roadmap, while intuition allows the flexibility.
In essence, these retreats are more than just a pause from daily life. They are a profound reawakening of the self, providing the tools and insights needed to live a more purposeful, authentic, and connected life.
As Director of MNI Publishing and Advisory Council for Development in Europe at the Michael Newton Institute for Life Between Lives Hypnotherapy, how does spirituality therapy evolve in regard to global well-being and mental health for you?
Life Between Lives (LBL) is rapidly gaining recognition as a vital component of global well-being. In today’s increasingly complex world, people are yearning for deeper meaning, connection, and purpose.
This approach addresses this gap by offering a holistic perspective that integrates the mind, body, and soul. LBL hypnotherapy provides a profound avenue for individuals to explore their soul’s journey, gain clarity on their life challenges, and reconnect with their inner peace and sense of purpose.
LBL sessions enable clients to access the timeless wisdom of their higher selves and the spiritual realms. By entering a deep state of hypnosis, clients can reconnect with the essence of who they are as a soul, experiencing unconditional love, acceptance, and the guidance of spiritual beings or their soul group. This journey is truly life changing. Clients often uncover their soul’s purpose, gain understanding of karmic patterns, and receive clarity on how their current life challenges are contributing to their soul’s growth. This perspective not only fosters healing but also encourages empowerment, as clients leave sessions with actionable insights about how to align their daily lives with their soul’s greater mission.
The benefits of LBL therapy extend far beyond individual healing. Clients report a sense of renewed hope and inspiration, profound emotional release, and the resolution of deep-seated fears and limiting beliefs. Many describe feeling lighter, freer, and more connected to their inner wisdom, their soul self, guides, and the universe itself. By exploring their spiritual essence, they often experience a ripple effect of positive transformation that enhances their relationships, careers, and overall sense of fulfillment. Additionally, this modality allows clients to make peace with the transitions and losses in their lives, as they gain a broader understanding of the continuity of the soul and the interconnectedness of all experiences.
As Director of MNI Publishing and Advisory Council member at the Michael Newton Institute, I’ve seen the extraordinary impact of this work firsthand.
I’m also honored to have co-edited the MNI Publishing´s first book “Finding Purpose: Stories of the Afterlife that Inspire”, a book that showcases remarkable case studies from LBL sessions. This collection of stories offers readers a glimpse into the transformational power of spiritual therapy, sharing journeys of clients who have healed karmic wounds, discovered their soul’s purpose, and accessed profound strength and wisdom from their eternal selves. The book demonstrates how these sessions not only change lives but also inspire hope and meaning, showing readers what is possible when we tap into expanded states of consciousness.
Spiritual therapy, and particularly LBL therapy, is not just about individual healing. It’s part of a global movement toward compassion, unity, and deeper understanding. It challenges the idea that we are merely physical beings navigating random circumstances and instead reveals a greater, interconnected tapestry of life where every experience holds meaning. Through the work of my students and the wider spiritual therapy community, I envision a future where this transformative approach is woven into the broader fabric of mental health and well-being.
Together, we are contributing to a world where people feel empowered to live with purpose, connected to their higher selves, and inspired to create lives filled with love, compassion and meaning.
