Your work integrates Reiki, angel communication, and intuitive guidance. How do you determine which approach or modality to use for a client, and how do these practices complement each other in helping individuals grow spiritually?
Typically, when clients come to me, many are unsure about the direction they need to take. To help them clarify, I offer a free 30-minute discovery session on Zoom. During this session, they can explore my services, ask questions, and share their concerns. Based on what they tell me, I suggest the best course of action. For someone who feels completely lost, I might recommend starting with a free self-study course and checking back in with me afterward. Alternatively, I might suggest a 30 or 45-minute transformational talk session where they can come prepared with one or two specific questions they need guidance to untangle. I’m not a counselor, but through 32 years in education, and 26 in working with clients, I offer decades of experience.
If a client is already somewhat open-minded and actively seeking, the person may request an Angel reading. These are channeled readings that take me about two weeks to complete. I don’t need much information upfront—just a few basic details, such as whether they have siblings, if they’re in a relationship, and one or two key questions they’d like addressed. From there, I channel the reading over a two-week period and then present it to them on Zoom. During the session, we review the written reading together, and I provide them with the written angel communication afterward.
One particularly memorable experience involved a woman who had crossed over and returned. She requested an angel reading and asked me a few specific questions. After channeling for her, I delivered a reading that deeply resonated with her. She was so moved by the accuracy and the clarity it provided—since it confirmed her experience on the other side—that she immediately purchased a reading for her friend. Knowing that the reading brought her such validation and insight was a deeply rewarding experience for me.
You emphasize unblocking stuck emotions and shifting mindsets to move forward in life. Can you share an example of a transformative session where a client experienced a profound breakthrough, and what role your guidance played in that process?
I’ve had the privilege of working with clients who have experienced remarkable transformations through our sessions together. One client, for instance, first came to me three years ago. At the time, she was deeply anxious, uncertain about her life direction, and struggling to make decisions. After just three or four transformation sessions, she began making significant changes in her life. Today, she has learned Reiki with me, is studying to teach yoga, and has made many positive shifts that have completely transformed her outlook and trajectory.
Another client worked with me for a couple of years receiving regular Reiki sessions. She, too, was highly anxious and unsure of her path. After a break of about a year, she returned and expressed a desire to learn Reiki herself. She was finally ready to make the leap she needed to fully embrace her path. Once I trained her, she began to implement major changes—adjusting her diet, refining her decision-making process, and aligning her daily actions with a clearer sense of purpose. It was inspiring to witness her growth and the way she took charge of her life.
One particularly memorable client met me at an event where I was presenting about angels, intuition, and guidance. She approached me in tears, sharing that her life felt like it was falling apart: her business was failing, she was in an unappreciative relationship, and she felt completely lost. We booked an Angel reading, and within a month, she made some courageous changes. She left the relationship, relocated, and turned her business around. Today, her business is thriving, and she’s happily engaged in a new relationship and lives in another state. She later shared that the reading and my suggestions played a pivotal role in helping her take those bold steps and create a new life. Seeing her transformation and newfound happiness was truly rewarding.
These stories remind me of the profound shifts people can experience when they’re ready to embrace change and take steps toward a more aligned and fulfilling life.
Your services range from channeled angel readings to transformational sessions and workshops. What inspired you to create such a diverse range of offerings, and how do you ensure they cater to individuals at different stages of their spiritual journey?
Here’s a bit about my journey and the path that led me to the work I do today. I was an elementary school teacher for 32 years, and I truly loved it. Alongside my teaching career, I began exploring Reiki in 1996, embarking on a journey trained by my Reiki master teacher. Over time, I realized I could turn this passion into something more, and in 2000, I started my own business. Initially, I focused on offering Reiki sessions, but my path continued to evolve.
Even earlier, in 1993, I began connecting with the Angelic realm and channeling guidance for myself for three years. This was a skill, I kept entirely private, my personal exploration and connection with God and the angels. However, as often happens, people started to notice and began asking questions about why I was so joyful. Slowly, I began sharing my experiences and offering guidance to others. Word spread naturally—teachers I worked with would approach me in the staff room, asking to attend my Angel workshops or receive readings. It was heartwarming and deeply fulfilling to see this work resonate with so many. During an angel workshop, one of my guests attended. Unbeknownst to me, she was a reporter who wrote for our local news. She penned an article about me and my workshop! After that, many local people contacted me.
One of the most important lessons I’ve learned through angelic guidance is the importance of empowering people to trust their own intuition. While many people seek out readers for answers, I believe we all have the capacity to access intuitive guidance and inner wisdom ourselves. Over time, many of us have forgotten this ability, so I created the Angel Communication workshop, and Develop Intuition workshop to help people reconnect with their guidance. The class teaches participants how to access immediate guidance for themselves, providing tools to enhance their lives and make decisions with confidence. My goal is to teach these forgotten skills to my clients.
This philosophy of empowerment has shaped all my workshops—I aim to give people tools and techniques to enrich their lives, grow their inner guidance, and rediscover their connection to the divine. For me, this journey has been about both sharing what I’ve learned and inspiring others to step into their own power, path, and purpose.
As a long-time Reiki Master Teacher and angel communicator, how do you view the connection between energy healing and divine guidance in helping people achieve clarity and embrace their authentic path?
The practice of Reiki itself has no religious affiliation—it’s a universal healing energy that anyone can access and benefit from. However, my personal journey intertwines with my deep faith and belief that God is present in everything. This perspective has shaped my understanding of the divine connection that is available to us all. I firmly believe that we are constantly supported by our angels, spirit guides, and ancestors, even if we’re not always aware of their presence.
My greatest joy is helping people realize they are never alone. We are always guided, protected, and supported. The key is being open to this guidance—allowing it to flow into our lives and trusting in its presence. One of my missions is to help others connect with this divine support system, regardless of their religion, background, or past. It’s not about where you come from or what you’ve done; this guidance is available to everyone, unconditionally. The process begins with learning to ask for help and being receptive to it.
In my sessions, I often find this connection naturally intertwines with my work. For example, when I’m performing Reiki, I sometimes receive intuitive insights—like visions of a client’s childhood or messages from their angels. While this isn’t a formal part of Reiki itself, my connection with angels frequently brings through guidance for my clients during in person, and long-distance Reiki sessions. These messages can be incredibly personal and meaningful, offering clarity, reassurance, or direction at just the right moment. This integration of Reiki and angelic guidance has become an integral part of the way I support others on their journey.
This past year, I’ve expanded my reach with my weekly podcast airing Tuesdays 10 Eastern, on Bold Brave TV and streams everywhere. I’ve been honored to share my expertise, and to have many guests in the alternative fields.
Your book, Time Wheel, has received recognition for literary excellence. How does it align with your teachings and practices, and what key lessons or insights do you hope readers take away from it?
Currently, I have 10 published books, three of which focus on spiritual guidance. These include Divine Messengers, Inspired by Angels – A Book of the Heart (a workbook), and Wisdom, Sages, and Angels, which delves into the spiritual realm.
For younger readers, I’ve written a middle-grade novel that combines adventure, personal growth, and a subtle spiritual undertone. The story is about a boy named Tommy who discovers a prayer wheel with the ability to transport him through time, allowing him to explore different historical settings such as ancient Egypt, Tibet, and pirate ships. As a former teacher, I wanted to make this book both engaging and educational, so I included links in the back that enable kids to dive deeper into the history and culture of the places Tommy visits.
While the spiritual themes are woven subtly into the narrative, the heart of the story lies in the personal transformations the characters make, and the idea that everyone has the ability to grow and change for the better. The book emphasizes openness, learning, and self-discovery. Aimed at readers aged 11–14, it’s designed to inspire hope during a time when many kids are figuring out who they are. Many adult readers loved this book, too. Through Tommy’s journey—navigating loss, challenges he faced as an adolescent struggling with reading, and finding solace in unexpected friendships—I wanted to plant a seed of optimism and resilience, showing kids that change is possible and that they can find their way, even in difficult times.
