In the latest MysticMag interview, we had the pleasure of speaking with Janine James, also known as Janine The Glamour Witch. A third-generation psychic and legacy witch, Janine shares her journey of discovering her gifts, her unique approach to spiritual guidance, and the transformative services she offers to clients seeking clarity, healing, and empowerment.
How did you discover your psychic gifts and how did your life change after that?
I am a third-generation psychic on my father’s side of the family and a third-generation legacy witch from my mother’s side of the family. I have always been hypersensitive to energies from others (including animals, nature, and even technology). My earliest memory of being intuitive was probably around 6 or 7 years old. I would just get strange sensations when around particular individuals without much reason as to why.
Now, I primarily work with my clairaudience (psychic hearing) and clairvoyance (psychic seeing). I do work with other clairs as well…but those are usually the ones that I tune into most when I am working with my lovely clients.
Can you walk me through one of your Intuitive Advisory sessions?
My sessions are generally tailored in the same way each time. For newbies I go through what to expect, how my intuition works, what can be asked/what cannot be asked, and usually just overall housekeeping. 98% of my sessions take place over the phone, however, I do occasionally meet in person with clients who are public figures or have been with me long term.

What is your favorite part of your profession?
My favorite part of being an occult educator/intuitive is having the innate ability to connect with individuals through the power of my gifts. I am very, very, very good at what I do. I have done some pretty phenomenal projects over the years; from cleansing murder homes to even being a tarot expert on a television show. I am constantly being exposed to new opportunities.
