If you have not experienced an energy healing modality yet I suggest starting with a chakra clearing. When you clear the central chakratic channel from the Earth Star, one foot below the feet, to the Soul star chakra, one foot above the head, it creates an open space where stuck energy can move out of the body, releasing to Earth for transmutation. It allows the individual’s source code light to flow into the body more fully helping to raise the vibrational frequency and bring awareness of energies to which one was previously blind. Sometimes there is a release of trauma, sometimes pattens of behavior are released and certainly energy that does not belong to the recipient is cleared.
