Rediscover Your Importance and Purpose with Christina Fletcher

Rediscover Your Importance and Purpose with Christina Fletcher

Christina Fletcher, spiritual coach and founder of Spiritually Aware Living, has been on a profound journey to help individuals connect deeply with themselves and the Universe. In her exclusive MysticMag interview, Christina shares her inspiring personal and professional path, revealing how she integrates energy healing, mindful practices, and a spirit-centered approach to empower clients and parents alike on their paths to alignment and fulfillment.

What were your professional beginnings like, and can you share a few details about your professional journey?

I’ve always been a spiritual seeker. Even as a child, I explored meditation and felt a strong spiritual connection, which led me to study religious studies and philosophy in university. However, none of it really clicked for me, except the practice of connecting to my own sense of the Universe or God. After my husband and I met through a magical manifestation, I felt a deep sense of fulfillment and connection. But soon after, we had two little girls under a year, and life turned upside down. I became stressed and filled with ‘shoulds.’ My shadows took over, and it took me about four years to find my footing and decide to parent with spiritual awareness. I created and practiced simple spiritual routines to connect me to the Universe, and I started offering these perspectives to our children as well.

This led to writing my first book, creating an online presence, and starting my coaching practice in 2015. Over the years, I’ve expanded my toolbox, learning energy healing and tapping into deeper resources so I can offer energetics, mindset tools, mindfulness practices, and intuitive guidance to my clients, regardless of their background or belief system.

What ideas and principles is your coaching based on, and what can people hope to learn or achieve through it?

My coaching philosophy is based on the understanding that we are all spiritual, energetic beings having a physical experience. But as humans, it’s easy to get drawn into the life we’re told we ‘should’ live, or the beliefs we’ve inherited. I believe every human is a unique, divine spark, and each coaching session reminds my clients of their importance and purpose.

Rather than focusing on ‘healing’ the past, I focus on aligning clients to their highest self so they feel present in the moment and can build a new chapter from that alignment. When past issues come up, we clear them away so they don’t block the client’s path to the life they want. I also teach clients how to reclaim their energy from those who have drained them throughout their lives.

I’m passionate about helping clients find balance in mind, heart, body, and spirit. I teach them how to align their energy through these aspects, so they can feel whole, grounded, and present even in their busy lives. Spirituality, for me, isn’t a hobby or an activity for spare time; it’s the fuel for life itself, enabling clients to fully show up as the person they came here to be.

What are the 4 Worlds of Yourself?

Most people are familiar with the chakra system—these whirlpools of energy that channel your life force through the body. Each chakra requires specific methods to clear blocked or trapped energy so it can flow freely. Over the years, I’ve seen these energies also divided into the 4 aspects of yourself: Mind, Body, Heart, and Spirit.

For instance:

  • Your Mental Energetic World includes the third eye and sacral chakras. This is why stress can affect your urinary tract, and why imbalances in masculine or feminine energy can trigger negative self-talk.
  • Your Physical Energetic World includes the root chakra and solar plexus, defining your sense of self through your nervous system, presence, and confidence.
  • Your Emotional Energetic World centers on the heart and throat chakras, as what you hear and say directly impacts emotional balance and how you listen to intuition.
  • Your Spiritual Energetic World is tied to the crown chakra, the point of connection with divine energy.

Psychologists often talk about our internal ‘characters’ that influence us; past selves, programmed responses, and intuitive, aligned parts of ourselves. Learning about these 4 Energetic Worlds provides insight into which aspect is out of balance, allowing for targeted tools rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. For example, trying a visualization meditation when out of balance in your Physical Energetic World may make you feel even less grounded or trigger your nervous system even more.

If you’d like to explore this further, I’ve created a quiz to help you identify which Energetic World may need support and which practices can help you realign the fastest: www.spirituallyawareliving.com/quiz

What is the Energy Reset Circle?

The Energy Reset Circle is my membership program designed for busy women who seek a spiritual community but don’t feel at home in traditional belief systems or struggle to fit more into their busy schedules. We meet every Sunday at 4 pm EST for about 45 minutes, and a replay is sent out afterward and saved in our member portal.

Each week, I share a specific focus, lead a group meditation, and offer energy healing to help create alignment and flow for the upcoming week. We also have a WhatsApp group for ongoing support and connection. Members receive free access to all my workshops, including the annual Creating an Intentional New Year’ workshop in December.

I created this space so members could feel safe to be themselves, wherever they are on their journey. I enjoy offering simple tools that help them stay aligned and spiritually connected even on busy days. Initially, this program was part of my Spiritually Aware Parenting business, so many members are still parents. Some of our original members have continued with us into the program’s fifth year. Many express that it’s incredibly fulfilling to show up or play a replay, knowing they’re doing what’s needed to feel more whole. It’s truly an honor to host each week.

You also help parents spiritually. What can you tell me about that part of your work?

Oh, absolutely! My work actually began from my own need to find a spiritual connection amidst the chaos of parenting. Becoming a spiritually aware parenting coach felt like the natural next step. Spiritually Aware Parenting focuses on the parent’s own inner alignment. I teach parents many of the same tools I offer all my clients, but we also dive into their child’s spiritual alignment, releasing traditional parent-child roles so that both can show up as the individual spirits they truly are.

I provide a toolbox of techniques that help parents:

  1. Connect to their whole selves, even in challenging moments like a tantrum.
  2. See their child as a spiritual being, understanding their behavior as an expression of their spirit.
  3. Guide their children in aligning their own energy and understanding who they really are.

In fact, my course Co-Parenting with the Universe takes parents through these steps in a self-led program. You can find out all about that on my website www.spirituallyawareliving.com

My children are now older—my eldest is 22, and my other two are 21 and 15—and I can attest that spiritually aware parenting creates a beautiful journey. It builds a relationship grounded in authenticity, love, and trust. I continue to coach parents, often with little ones joining our calls. I’ve even had the privilege of working with some clients’ teens or young adults. Over time, I transitioned to the umbrella term Spiritually Aware Living to make it clear that these tools can benefit everyone who wants to feel grounded, present, and whole, whether they’re parents or not.
