El, your practice integrates hands-on bodywork with energy healing. How does this combined approach contribute to promoting healing and addressing physical and emotional imbalances in your clients?
In my own healing journey, I’ve learned the importance of addressing all aspects of well-being. Hands-on bodywork helps bring the physical body into a state of homeostasis, allowing energetic healing to truly settle in. I used to be more of a thinker than a “human being,” meaning I was rarely embodied and mostly living in my head. However, when the body is in pain, the mind struggles to find peace, and the spirit has difficulty remaining present. Healing both physical and emotional imbalances is essential for feeling truly at home within one’s own energy. When we’re grounded in our energy, we can consistently express our soul’s essence, and it’s this steady, authentic expression that allows us to make the unique impact we were born to create—one that makes the world a better place.
You offer various services, including tarot readings, ceremonies, and energy-integrated massage. How do these diverse modalities complement each other in supporting your clients’ holistic well-being?
Over time, I’ve come to understand that truly living means tending to every part of our lives and equipping ourselves with varied tools to better support others. Energy work nourishes the spirit and heart, massage nurtures the body and mind, and sacred ceremonies build a sense of belonging within community. If we are to become a community of healed people contributing to a greater synergy—more than just the sum of our parts—then we need to care for all dimensions of ourselves and our communities.
In my sessions, I often integrate multiple aspects of healing. One significant focus recently has been clearing karmic imprints or soul contracts, followed by a blessing ritual to help reset an individual’s life path. Bodywork also has a deeper effect when the mind finds calm, allowing the soul to reconnect with its higher self. Facilitating this state of bodily calm enables the soul to seek its own guidance. It’s like when you “zone out” during a massage or meditation and return with new insights—it’s because your soul has ventured into the astral, gathering the wisdom you need. Helping the body relax, and allowing the mind to journey for support, is essential to truly holistic healing.
Can you share a transformative experience or success story where a combination of energy medicine and hands-on bodywork significantly impacted a client’s healing journey or well-being?
When we first scheduled this meeting, I didn’t feel like I had a clear answer. I’d had some successes but no definitive example. However, after your follow-up, something clicked, and I realized I did have a story to share.
One of my long-term clients initially came to me for massage therapy, and over a couple of years, we worked through various physical issues. Eventually, we did a cord-cutting ceremony to help her release the energetic bonds complicating her relationship with her parents, especially her father. This ceremony allowed her to establish and maintain healthy boundaries, helping her family dynamics evolve in a positive way. Since then, she’s reported a more peaceful relationship with her family and has found it easier to participate in family gatherings, with her children also benefiting from these improved boundaries.
During one session, I was intuitively guided to focus on her liver. Though she mentioned she didn’t have liver issues, I trusted the direction from spirit and proceeded. Through energy work, we ended up addressing her father’s need for a liver transplant, as he had been on the transplant list for years. By working on her liver energetically, we cleared issues that allowed her father to make health improvements, to the point that he was removed from the transplant list that month. This work also helped clear generational patterns affecting her, her children, and her lineage, fulfilling her purpose within her family. Since then, we’ve maintained her healing journey with regular bodywork.
I also do distance healing, which has been helpful for clients who can’t see me in person. Recently, I worked online with a client who struggled with spirit attachments and recurring negative patterns. She’d tried various healers but continued to face these issues. In our session, we engaged in a spiritual cord-cutting ceremony, accessing not only her past lives on Earth but also higher-dimensional lives, which revealed deeper karmic ties beyond the usual 3D level. By addressing these attachments across dimensions, we released the energies pressing on her, freeing her from a chronic headache that hasn’t returned since our session.
Your journey into energy medicine and healing started with personal health challenges. How did this personal experience shape your approach and philosophy of care in working with your clients?
I’ve come to understand the importance of holding space and practicing empathy for what others are going through. In the world of healing, it can be tempting to see transformation as a quick, all-encompassing solution—like it’s something we could fix in a single day. But that’s rarely the case. Often, part of what we’re here to learn is patience with the journey and to gather the lessons that come along the way. It’s essential to allow people the space to have their own unique path without rushing to fix everything for them. This is a lesson I’ve truly absorbed from my own experiences as a client and as a healer.
In your philosophy of care, you emphasize the importance of energy as a linchpin in healing. Could you elaborate on how you integrate Western and Energy Medicine to treat the whole self, considering both the metaphysical and physical aspects?
Healing truly is a journey, and it requires us to honor all its facets, recognizing that no single approach is the “fix-all.” Sometimes, medication plays an essential role; other times, nutrition or physical exercise for functional movement is crucial. And often, the spirit itself needs attention and care. When we neglect one of these aspects or elevate one over another, we do ourselves a disservice, missing out on the complete picture of well-being. It’s vital to respect and validate every method of healing needed to support our whole self, creating balance and genuine health.
