Your journey into healing began after the birth of your first child, marking a significant life shift. How did motherhood serve as the catalyst for your awakening and path toward holistic healing?
Firstly, thank you for giving me this opportunity to connect with you and the MysticMag audience. It is truly an honor. I often wondered what it was that ignited my spiritual awakening after having my first child. Was it the profound love that I felt in my heart for our new baby? Or simply being awake at all times of the night, with time to think and ponder about the creation and miracle of life. I do feel that the above was certainly a contributing factor. However, I feel it is much deeper than that and that the changes occur on an intrinsic and extrinsic energetic level. It is only after working with many pregnant clients that I realized the intensity of what happens to a women’s aura and chakra system during the pregnancy and birthing process. For some this is a subtle change but for many women, like myself, it can be quite shocking as the crown chakra is activated. A woman’s aura can expand to twice the size during pregnancy, and with that, a growing sensitivity and expansion of our spiritual gifts occurs. I went through what can only be described as multiple activations of spiritual downloads. It was a profound experience.
Crystal Healing holds a prominent place in your practice, with a diploma earned at distinction level. Can you share the most transformative experience you’ve witnessed through crystal healing, both for yourself and your clients?
The most transformative experience that I have witnessed is using a crystal grid formation during guided group meditations. The variety of crystals used and their specific characteristics amplified the group energy and healing received considerably. I witnessed profound feelings of oneness and spiritual activations taking place and I continue to use crystal healing grids on a regular basis.
What type of services do you offer?
I offer one to one healing sessions. Sessions are bespoke to the client and are intuitively led. I also offer group guided meditations, sacred healing activations and group teaching workshops.
As a teacher of holistic healing since 2018, how do you empower your students to connect deeply with their own healing abilities and knowledge?
We are all born with our own unique gifts. Whilst teaching as I get to know a student, most frequently, a gift or hidden talent is revealed during this process. This allows the student to connect with their own uniqueness and talents. Enhancing the healing technique for both the practitioner and the client receiving healing. I take pride in teaching at a high level of standards, ethics and morals. I always hope that those that I work with feel inspired and empowered to trust in their own abilities. As humanity needs confident holistic healers, now more than ever. As part of the courses offered, a significant part of the teaching is based on spiritual cleansing and protection. Students learn how to maintain spiritual hygiene, which is empowering in itself. As part of the students continuing professional development, we discuss case studies during the first six months of qualification to really hone in on their skills and healing techniques. Ensuring the longevity of the practitioner’s confidence.
Holistic healing is an ever-evolving field. What new techniques or modalities are you currently exploring, and how do you incorporate continuous learning into your work?
As I progress on my spiritual path, my knowledge has expanded at a fast rate. Back in 2019 I created a new modality called Anya Healing. With a lot of hard work and determination I launched in October 2020. What I thought would be a simple modality has evolved into something so much more, expanding over three levels. Five years on, I’ve only just finished this project. Anya Healing is a high frequency healing vibration. As humanity raises vibration, so must the healing that we channel and receive. Bringing us into balance. Water molecules are a compatible component with all living things. It is the nucleus and power house of each and every soul on earth. Anya Healing breaks down toxins within the water molecules, enabling cleansing and purifying. Our bodies are made up of 70% water molecules. Anya purifies at cellular level and extends to our energy field (aura). Healing leaves you feeling lighter, as dense energy is released. As Anya is a high frequency energy, those that connect with the energy are usually experienced healers with a great knowledge and understanding of energy, anatomy and physiology. I’m always open to learning new things and working with my spiritual team. I am in awe of how the information comes when you’re in the flow. I have found that my life experiences have shaped my own healing work and projects. As you see things through a very different lens and that influences the healing technique and teachings. I also have a lot of exciting new content that I will be offering at Angelic Heart Academy of Holistic Healing by the end of 2024.
Balancing a family life with a healing practice can be challenging. How do you maintain harmony between your personal and professional lives, ensuring that both are nourished and fulfilling?
Back in 2022, I experienced both loss and grief. This impacted me and my healing work greatly at the time. I didn’t have the capacity to give to others as I once did. I had to make the difficult decision to completely pull my energy back from any healing or teaching and I spent many months recovering. I feel to be the best version of myself and for my clients, it was the right thing for me at the time. Understanding our own energy levels is so important and when to give and when to rest. It enabled me to ground, to work on myself and heal, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Even physically to a certain degree, as I found grief so exhausting. I’ve learnt a lot from my experience and encourage students to do the same with their own healing work. I love the saying, ‘you can’t pour from any empty cup’ as it is so true. Balance is key for me and the welfare of myself and my family will always come first. The rest then flows and follows. I just trust that the work that I am doing is enough and someone will be benefiting in one way or another. In my earlier years of holistic healing I used to put so much pressure on myself to always be doing. Now, I just go with the flow and I have come to learn, that is when the magic happens.
