How do you leverage your experience as a clinical hypnotherapist in your conscious relationship coaching?
I incorporate hypnosis into my coaching work by using it as a tool for exploring subconscious associations that may be hindering one’s chances of love (ie. Self-sabotage), as well as reprogramming default ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving in more empowering ways.
I also sometimes use hypnosis to reinforce positive progress so that change becomes longer-lasting through increased consciousness of how the way we show up for ourselves and others impacts our relational experiences.
Can you describe how your one-on-one coaching sessions are structured and what key areas they focus on?
My one-on-one coaching sessions are generally structured into two parts: a cognitive discussion of progress, accomplishments, challenges, pearls of wisdom, and opportunities for growth followed by subconscious rewiring work to align subconscious motivations with conscious intentions.
What inspired you to combine personal development with professional growth in your coaching methodology?
In my experience, professional growth only comes through personal development. Before I got into the field of coaching, I used to be a digital marketing professional. At a certain point, I had hit an income ceiling in that business which is how I initially got turned on to personal development.
When I learned about the subconscious mind and started making the connection of why the people I was working with in that capacity had mental blocks to their own marketing, I knew I could make a bigger impact on people’s lives by switching careers.
How does group coaching at your practice help clients achieve their personal and professional goals?
There is just something about being in a community with like-minded individuals who share similar goals and challenges that I think really motivates, inspires, and empowers people to really show up for themselves in a compassionate way without being so hard on themselves. I know for me personally, the power of group coaching really lies in the experience of being witnessed by others, as I evolve and grow.
What are the main challenges your clients face, and how does your coaching help address them?
I think the main challenges my clients face are: loneliness, codependency, and limiting beliefs. My coaching helps address these challenges by empowering individuals to connect with the world around them in more meaningful ways and deepen or develop trust within themselves while challenging the status quo.
With your background in digital marketing, how do you integrate this expertise into promoting your coaching services?
I think this is kind of a weird question because it’s not something I really think about. The key difference for me is that instead of marketing to fulfill someone else’s mission and agenda, I’m doing it for myself. For the most part, I rely on client-attracting strategies like blogging, social media, and search engine optimization.
