Can you share the moment of epiphany that led to the discovery of Eufeeling during your personal crisis in 2007? How did this experience transform your approach to healing and happiness?
The experience I had was profound; it shook the foundations of my thinking and beliefs. I had been very dedicated to becoming “enlightened,” whatever that meant to me. I believed it would bring peace and freedom from troubles. I studied under several masters, traveling extensively. For around 25 years, I was very committed to my meditation program, which lasted 2 1/2 hours a day. I was determined to achieve enlightenment, no matter what.
By age 61, my health was terrible. I was working a job just to pay the bills, and I had huge debts, including school debts and others. I suffered from migraine headaches and was generally in a very bad place. I started thinking, “Gee, after all these years, what have I achieved?” Then, the company I worked for cut back on their team, and I was one of the people who lost their job. Unable to pay the interest on my loans, I found myself in a dire situation. I thought, “Oh my God, what is this?” I sat down on the couch and decided I wouldn’t move until I figured out the problem because everything I had done so far had led to suffering that I couldn’t get beyond, no matter how hard I tried.
I spent the entire day going through my life, discarding what I thought didn’t work. The next morning, I sat back down, continuing to discard ideas and approaches. On the third day, after going through this process all day, I finally thought, “Nothing works.” I just sat there, doing nothing. In that nothingness, a beautiful bliss, peace, and joy—the things I had been chasing for years—filled me. It was overwhelming.
I wondered what I had done to achieve this state. When I tried to replicate it, the feeling disappeared. So I stopped trying and waited, and it came back. I realized that doing nothing works. This realization became the foundation for Quantum Entrainment (QE).
I continued to experience this state of nothingness for several days, noticing significant improvements in my well-being: my headaches disappeared, my diet changed automatically, and I felt very balanced. I wondered if I could teach this to others, and I found that I could. It was very simple. I decided to write a book to see if it could be taught on a larger scale. The book became an international bestseller, translated into over 25 languages.
The reason for its success is that everyone is born with this ability, but we are taught that we must work to achieve anything, even in the spiritual realm. We are told to clear our minds of thought, which is work and can be frustrating. However, when you stop trying, thought naturally dissipates. This is the essence of the QE technique. As soon as I started teaching it, it took off because it is simple and accessible to everyone. Once people learn it, they don’t need to rely on me or any guru. They can still have their gurus and techniques, but QE becomes the foundation for everything else they do, making them more effective.
We are all unique instruments in a cosmic orchestra, and we need to learn to play our own music. Often, we look to experts to tell us why we are suffering, feeling unfulfilled, or incomplete. We follow their guidance for a while, but eventually, we feel that something is still missing and move on to another technique, which only deepens our frustration.
QE says, “Stop immediately. This is how you do it.” It’s simple. It’s something we did naturally as children. By returning to this state of nothingness, we experience joy and our true selves, which I call “Eufeeling.” When everything goes neutral and becomes harmonized within you, you start to realize what is right for you. You automatically begin to play your own music and find others who are in harmony with you. It’s a beautiful thing because it happens naturally, without effort.
The more you practice QE, the more stable this state becomes. This overview explains where QE came from and how simple it is to do.
Your teachings integrate chiropractic principles, Eastern esoteric philosophies, and quantum physics. How do these diverse fields intersect in your work, and how do they collectively contribute to the concept of Eufeeling?
It’s interesting that I never thought these interests were related. I was just drawn to them automatically. Chiropractic involves hands-on techniques to move the body in specific ways, but it’s more than that. It embraces a holistic health concept rather than being symptomatically oriented. This was a very physical endeavor. Then there were my esoteric studies, where I delved deeply into the Vedas, participating in various ceremonies and rituals. Even in middle school, I was fascinated by Einstein’s concepts of gravity and light, which thrilled me naturally.
These three separate interests—chiropractic, esoteric studies, and scientific concepts—crystallized into a single form of not doing when I sat on that couch. This means that, rather than trying to clear your mind of thought, your mind clears without effort. That is what QE (Quantum Entrainment) is about. When the mind is clear of thought, the body achieves a deeper rest than even deep sleep. This was established in 1970 by physiologist Robert Keith Wallace. This deep rest releases deep disharmony in the body and mind, leading to significant healing in a short time. We can see major changes in people within minutes, and for more severe or chronic conditions, improvement often starts almost immediately, within a day or two.
We’ve adopted the idea that we need to do something to get ahead, but QE suggests letting go. This idea ties into quantum mechanics and the teachings of the Vedas. There’s a growing movement in science, biology, psychology, and quantum mechanics recognizing that we are not as in control of our lives as we think. When we feel bad, we naturally ask, “What can I do to fix it?” Our lives are built on doing something to achieve success, which often means acquiring enough money to retire early, seeking peace, restfulness, and wholeness. But instead of chasing these things, QE goes right to the source, satisfying that basic human and biological desire to move away from discomfort and toward comfort and safety.
People often think that money will bring happiness, but some of the most miserable people I’ve worked with in QE are those who worry about what to do with their money and who might take it from them. They still feel bad despite their wealth. The answer lies in not doing, a concept so simple yet profound. Everyone has this ability, and I’m merely shifting their awareness from doing to not doing. I’ve made this technique freely available on my website, translated into several languages, so anyone can learn it. It’s also included in all my books.
The key is in not trying to control everything. If you’ve spent your life trying to be happy through various means and still feel unfulfilled, it’s time to consider not doing. This doesn’t mean sitting idly in a cave. I’m more dynamic now in my late 70s than ever before, with good health thanks to the coordination between body, mind, and chemistry. Every day, I release negativity and start anew.
What type of services do you offer?
The main goal is to learn how to do QE. You can learn all about it through my webinars and books. Each book, with the exception of one, covers different aspects of the techniques I teach. You can easily access this information in the books. Additionally, you can sign up as a member on my website, which is very inexpensive, and take various video courses. I also offer many mini-courses on specific topics, such as dealing with fears and phobias using this technique. All of this is available online.
I also offer private sessions to teach QE or a related technique called “Awefeeling”. My wife and I conduct online healing sessions as well. Overall, it’s a comprehensive program that is affordable. You can start by buying a book, but if you prefer more interaction, live sessions are available.
I usually travel twice a year to Europe and Asia to teach my techniques in person.
Your books have reached and influenced tens of thousands of people worldwide. What do you think is the reason behind the widespread resonance and success of your work?
It’s a technique you don’t have to believe in for it to work. It will work if you follow the steps to learn it. There are three simple steps, and it is a scientific technique that meets specific criteria:
- If I perform the technique, I will get the same results consistently.
- If I teach you the technique, you will get the same results.
- The results are measurable.
For example, if you did QE for 10 or 15 minutes and had pre- and post-checks of your blood pressure, cardiac output, EEG, EKG, pulse rate, and respiration with your medical doctor, you would see these parameters normalize. High blood pressure would decrease, and low blood pressure would increase. QE helps normalize your body, allowing you to function fully and naturally.
Aside from not requiring belief, it is so simple that we have taught hundreds of thousands of people around the world using a simple three-step process. Often, husbands are dragged in by their wives to take the course, and even the skeptical ones, sitting with their arms folded, find themselves creating healing events in others before lunch on the first day. When you are in tune with yourself, it automatically helps others.
One of the most beautiful aspects of QE is that you can use it to help your partner, mother, or anyone else with ailments like a sore shoulder or upset stomach. By performing QE in a special way, both you and the other person will benefit. You can see demonstrations of this on YouTube under my name, and we also have them on our website.
In today’s fast-paced and often stressful world, what simple, practical steps can individuals take to access the fountainhead of happiness you describe?
As I mentioned before, you may have heard that if you want to evolve spiritually or achieve inner quiet, like a Zen state, it takes a lot of work. Many believe it requires effort and practice to clear your mind of thoughts. However, my technique, Quantum Entrainment, is about doing nothing. Here’s the interesting part: traditionally, it is said to take years to clear your mind of thoughts through effort. For example, you might concentrate on a candle flame or a yantra. Every time your mind wanders, you bring it back to the focus point. This process involves doing something with the intention of achieving a state of nothingness, which seems paradoxical. How can you do something and expect to experience nothing?
With Quantum Entrainment, everything is turned upside down. Instead of controlling, we let go of control. This is done in a very simple way. The idea is that as soon as we let go of control in a specific manner, we don’t have to try to maintain that state. It naturally unfolds. Many people might say they’ve tried this and it didn’t work. The truth is, they were still doing something rather than embracing the nothingness. It requires a bit of education to make this switch, but once you understand it, it’s yours for life.
This technique is built into us as a survival mechanism, useful for our hunter-gatherer ancestors and even more imperative now. In quantum mechanics, there is a concept known as the quantum vacuum, described as the nothing from which everything comes. Our world is filled with things and relationships, but QE allows us to momentarily step out of this and integrate our nothing self with our active self, achieving balance. This balance enables us to enjoy life while being active.
If we were to sit in a cave and do nothing all the time, we wouldn’t fully enjoy life. Most people want to be happy while being active. QE helps balance the nothing and the active life, allowing us to have both. Learning the technique is straightforward and readily available, enabling you to balance and harmonize your life effectively.
