Angela, can you tell us more about your unique Life & Soul Alignment Coaching process and how it combines traditional life coaching with holistic energy techniques?
Having spent decades as a senior manager leading diverse high-performance teams of up to 330 people, I have extensive experience in traditional coaching and mentoring. When I transitioned to my spiritual business 10 years ago, I transformed my life coaching approach by integrating spiritual development elements and my connection to higher beings. This evolution led to the creation of my Life & Soul Alignment process. Working with me goes beyond simply addressing life issues and providing a structured plan. We delve much deeper, exploring ancestral and past life issues that may be hindering your path. My focus is on empowering individuals and equipping them with the tools to improve their physical and energetic well-being. Ultimately, my goal is to empower people to connect with their own guides and guardians, align with their soul, and live a life of ease and grace. Recently, I have been considering adapting my one-on-one approach into a group coaching system over a three-month period, offering this as a new content offering. This shift reflects my ongoing commitment to providing traditional and more holistic coaching methods.
With almost forty years’ experience as a spiritual consultant and healer, what inspired you to start Cariad Spiritual, and how has your journey evolved over the years?
For many years, I juggled part-time energy healing and spiritual compass consultations alongside my full-time job. However, in 2014, I could no longer ignore my calling, so I transitioned to working in this field full time. My journey began with offering healing and intuitive consultations locally, at Mind Body Spirit Festival and at London’s famous Mysteries of Covent Garden esoteric book store. I later expanded my offerings to include organizing mind, body, spirit fairs and events in my hometown, where there was previously no such platform. My passion for allowing people to experience energy healing drove me to this endeavor. Over time, I resumed teaching, drawing on my teaching experience from 1990 in Australia and developed courses on intuitive development and various healing modalities. I also transitioned much of my work online, prompted by messages from my guides urging me to reach a wider audience. In November 2021, I published my first book, “The Book of Many Colors,” followed by “The Book of Many Flames.” These books offer channeled messages from the archangelic and ascended master collectives, offering practical tools for spiritual growth. Additionally, I’ve collaborated on several other #1 best-selling holistic healing books and led “The Energy Healers Oracle,” a guide to 20 different energy healing modalities and their practitioners, which was recognized as #21 of the 100 best healing books of all time by bookauthority.org. This recognition, along with my ongoing work, reflects my dedication to sharing spiritual knowledge and healing practices with others.
Your work includes a variety of healing modalities and spiritual teachings. Could you share a transformative experience or success story from your practice that showcases the effectiveness of your approach?
It’s clear that healing is at the core of everything I do, whether I’m giving psychic medium readings or practicing energy healing. I see myself as a healer through and through. One memorable experience that comes to mind is when I started a healing evening at my local spiritual church many years ago. Over a three-month period, a lady who attended went from a dark place where she didn’t want to be on the planet, to a place where she was eating and sleeping better, beginning to shine and looking forward to living again. It was powerful to witness her transformation from the healing I facilitated for spirit. I believe that when people are truly ready to change their lives and leave behind their past struggles, real transformation can occur. I work with a variety of modalities, intuitively choosing what each person needs, whether it’s spiritual healing, quantum healing frequencies, working with angels, dragons, or ascended masters like Mother Mary, Kwan Yin, Mary Magdalene or St. Germain. My approach is holistic, addressing every aspect of a person’s being.
You offer a range of workshops and courses, such as Angelic Reiki, Divine Feminine Reiki, Crystal Healing, and Quantum Healing. How do these modalities complement each other, and what benefits can individuals expect from exploring multiple healing techniques?
As a practitioner and Master Teacher, I recognize the uniqueness of each individual, understanding that a one-size-fits-all approach does not apply to holistic well-being. My toolbox is filled with a wide range of tools, allowing me to tailor my work to meet the specific needs of each person in every session. This approach aligns with my belief that holistic healing requires a personalized touch, and I rely on my intuition to guide me in this process.
Your retreats and sacred journeys provide participants with the opportunity to connect with Ascended Masters, Angels, Gods, and Goddesses in sacred locations. What inspired you to create these experiences, and how do they contribute to personal transformation and spiritual growth?
The inspiration for my work often comes from my guides, who guide me in various ways. For example, Lady Portia once instructed me to go to Gozo on 9/9 to conduct energy work, specifying that I would need nine people present. Following her guidance, I organized a retreat, and on 9/9, there were indeed nine individuals participating in the energy work. This experience, along with others, is detailed in my Volume I of “The Energy Healers Oracle.” My trust in my guides is paramount, as I believe that everything unfolds as they intend.
The retreats I offer are beyond the norm, I also teach healing modalities during these events. Participants often leave with an accredited qualification, having immersed themselves in the frequencies of the teachings. For instance, in a retreat focused on Divine Feminine Reiki, participants spend the week embodying and integrating the energies, leading to profound personal transformation and spiritual growth. These retreats are designed to deepen their connection with the divine beings they work with, such as the upcoming retreat in Paros centered around Aphrodite, offering participants a unique opportunity to engage with the Greek pantheon of gods and goddesses and the specific energies of Aphrodite for personal and spiritual enrichment.
