How did you get into energy healing and what was your professional journey like?
Due to unique childhood circumstances, the ability to see the subtle strata of creation has been a lifelong gift. As a child, I didn’t know that it wasn’t common. I learned Transcendental Meditation in the mid-teens and became a meditation teacher 10 years later. In the early 1980s, while working for world peace, lucid dreams and sleep states were established. Shortly thereafter, I started helping people during dream and sleep states. My peace work was within the context of Vedic Science. This ancient body of knowledge is a foundational element of my work. I was called to offer support to those suffering from various problems in 2010 after healing myself from an “incurable” illness. Genuine healing always comes through each person’s direct connection to the Divine Source of creation. Recent explorations incorporate the original traditions of Western religions. Eastern and Western traditions are angles on the same great Truth. “The Truth is One. The wise know it by various names.” ~ Rig Veda. All healing comes from the Divine Source, for the sake of increased intimacy between the individual and the Divine.
What are the main principles and ideas you base your work on?
I see my role as a coach. I support the sufferer to optimally position awareness to unfold their maximum healing potential. I am a teacher who guides people to direct their attention to the core of illness. Then show them how to resolve the discordant root of illness through their personal relationship with the Source of creation. We speak, but there are direct energy transmissions from the Source of creation that support healing transformation from the subtlest levels of the body to the fully physical level. I provide a clear model that allows my clients to navigate their inner landscape without getting derailed or overwhelmed by the healing process.
Energy healing occurs in the Gap between the Source of creation and the finest abstract level of the body. It is orchestrated by Divine intention. However, as individuals, we facilitate this process by approaching the gap in a way that encourages the laws of Nature that heal.
What energy healing modalities do you use?
I offer exercises and techniques that help people cultivate good practices for focusing awareness for best healing success. I often recommend TM but not always. These links are examples of some techniques available for various concerns.

You also organize energy healing workshops. What can you tell me about those?
I started offering workshops in energy healing to small groups in 2021. We are now in our fourth iteration of this offering. The idea was to provide a potent, concentrated package that genuinely upgrades the participant’s practice of energy healing in a short period of time. The workshop is more experientially based than my other programs. Experiences are backed up by a simple, lucid understanding of the mechanics of energy healing to form a complete package of understanding.
The workshop has been so successful that a free, ongoing study group has grown out of it.
The workshop includes two live Zoom sessions every two weeks. The topic is the same for these two sessions, but the content differs. These two sessions are offered at different times to accommodate the world’s time zones. In the live sessions, I offer a healing inspired by the needs of the moment. The topic of the lesson is presented through a question-and-answer format. Special tools or exercises are provided with each lesson as well. The lesson’s content includes written materials as well as pre-recorded videos. Students are given the opportunity to write in their reflections on the topics and keep me abreast of their progress.
There is a live forum where we gather, in the days between the live sessions to discuss the topics in more detail. The forum also acts as an archive of the evolution of the workshop from its earliest days.
What can people expect from your webinars?
Live webinars are offered as sets. One on Friday evening and the second on Saturday mid-day. A single topic is addressed with each set. However, the Friday session is usually more theoretical, and the Saturday session is often more practical. The Saturday session often approaches the topic through the lens of questions that come in from the Friday and Saturday sessions. I always incorporate as many on-the-spot healings as possible throughout these sessions.
The live webinars were born of a desire to provide a format that had the personal contact of the private consultations and the accessibility of the remote healing sessions. How would you describe your understanding of and approach to energy healing?
Energy healing is simply conscious, intentional healing. This is healing in the light of knowing the mechanics of the natural healing process. It ties directly to the relationship with the Divine Source of creation and God. Thus, healing the body incorporates healing one’s relationship with the whole creation as well. Students learn to focus attention in ways that support and enhance healing rather than thwarting it. Self-understanding unfolds in alignment with one’s True Nature, as it grows through the grace of God’s love. The Creator knows us better than we know ourselves. Our bodies fall ill when we need to grow into a greater understanding of who we really are. The Source that created us knows us best of all. Energy healing involves bringing awareness back to the Source of creation again and again to build layers of understanding that result in stable, healthy transformation of the nervous system and the senses of perception. These are the vehicles of awareness in the first place.
You can see that a loop is created that starts with focusing awareness in a way that promotes healing and ends with the physical evolution of the nervous system that supports a clearer, more powerful focus of awareness. What happens in between is a deepening of the relationship with God. It is very simple but profound and transformative to the depths of the human condition. Anyone can do it!
