How did you first discover your passion for Reiki and sound healing, and what motivated you to become a Co-Owner of Live Life Reiki Studio?
Reiki was a calling for me, and after some time of ignoring that calling, it became so insistent that I decided to take the leap from a corporate career into the world of energy healing. As soon as I learned the level one Reiki techniques and received the attunements, something within me began to awaken and I was remembering the truth of our spiritual, Divine nature – our Authentic Self. The two beautiful aspects to Reiki is that it is a tremendous gift of healing and it helps guide our life’s purpose. From that first day of training forward, Reiki began to guide me and I was lit up by the joyous energy and love that I felt – I wanted to share it with everyone! It is truly that guidance, joy and love that motivated me to become Co-Owner of Live Life Reiki Studio.
As a Usui/Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master, can you share a transformative experience or a powerful healing moment that stands out in your practice?
The most wonderful thing about Reiki is that it can heal on multi-dimensional levels. It heals the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic parts of our beings restoring health and vitality. It transcends time and space and heals the past and the present to reveal our Authentic Self in the now. All that is required of those seeking this healing and remembering is an openness to receive the love of the energy. I have witnessed many transformative experiences in my practice, I would say the moment that stands out is when Reiki guides the receiver into a state of awareness to meet their inner child and offer the love, compassion, forgiveness and healing that they’ve needed to integrate the wisdom and innocence of the inner child back into their essence. These experiences have profound effects on the healing of abandonment, fear, anxiety and depression. Outfitting the receiver with tools of confidence, courage, joy and motivation.
How do you integrate sound healing into your Reiki sessions, and what benefits do you believe it adds to the overall healing experience for your clients?
I integrate sound healing into my practice through the use of specially attuned instruments including crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, tingsha bells and handpan. These are utilized intuitively throughout the session, played over or around the body to induce deeper theta states within the brain. The theta state is the dreamstate and is usually only achieved in sleeping or in deep meditation. However, in traditional meditation this can take many efforts of consistent practice, where sound healing has the opportunity to bring us to this state quite effortlessly. The theta state is a profound place to be in for deep relaxation and healing to occur. This adds to the overall healing power of Reiki in sessions and practice because it takes us into that deep state where Reiki can do the most work in healing, and especially in the subconscious where our belief system is stored. The combination of these modalities provides an opportunity to release what does not serve us while simultaneously filling the space that remains with pure unconditional love and compassion for our life and experiences. It brings to surface the bliss and peace that can be found within.

I offer 1:1 Integrative Healing Sessions including Reiki, Sound Healing and Ceremonial Grade Cacao; Group Gatherings, Ceremonies and Circles; Reiki Training in Usui/Holy Fire III Levels 1,2 and master and Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master; Wellness Retreats, one day to multiple days; Online Circles.
Being a Cacao Facilitator is a unique aspect of your practice. How does cacao enhance the spiritual and healing journey, and what inspired you to incorporate it into your offerings?
Ceremonial Grade Cacao has many vitally supportive compounds within it. To highlight one of these, Theobromine – a vasodilator, is the primary source that gives Cacao its physically heart expanding benefits. When our body feels safe, is supported and opens up, we can explore the vast realms of consciousness that live right within us, through the portal of our heart. Cacao teaches us that all that we seek is through the portal of the heart – all of the peace, love, joy, and truth. The medicine of Cacao lovingly and compassionately guides us to this in a practical and tangible way. Mary Magdalene has said, “Ascension is more accurately described as a descent into the heart. So farther up, is actually further in.” I believe this quote beautifully encapsulates the awareness Cacao leads us in embodying. Sitting in many cacao circles with Florencia Fridman, Co-Founder of Cacao Laboratory, and sitting with a daily ritual myself, provided me an opportunity to build a relationship with the spirit of Cacao. It is from that relationship and these teachings of the heart and ancient wisdom that inspired me to bring it into my practice and offerings.
How do you see the future of energy healing evolving, and what role do you envision Live Life Reiki Studio playing in shaping the landscape of holistic well-being?
I envision Live Life Reiki Studio shaping the landscape of holistic well-being through offerings of safe and supportive tools, resources and spaces for individuals and groups to reintegrate the totality of their whole being – body, mind, spirit and also inner child self, authentic self and higher self. Through this reintegration and unification, we will see deeper connection to ourselves, which will in turn lead to a deeper connection with others, and a natural reconnection with the Earth. I believe energy healing work and practices have the power to return us to symbiotic harmony and living life as ceremony – where instantaneous healing, divine knowing and sacred reciprocity thrive.
