What initially ignited your interest in shamanism, crystals, and reiki, and how have these practices made a positive impact on someone in need?
Greetings and Blessings to everyone, one comes into this world with a purpose and a unique universal light of being. Some people are born with special natural gifts, others can be taught skills and life’s craft. My interest in shamanism started when I was three years old. When I began to see and sense the spirit’s presence in my life. I don’t know if it was a past life memory but I remember many images of faces especially a white dog who became my first totem animal. Later becoming a white wolf ally.
Many children have special gifts and skills but parents instead of encouraging them, shun them or simply ask them to stop it. Sometimes the solution is to tell them it is just your imagination. As the child grows, they lose their gift and self-esteem or just hide away.
I knew I was different from others, I was a seer, a dreamer, and the ability to see beyond what others could. As I grew, I hid until the age of 17 when I was introduced to someone who practiced shamanism and he became a mentor to me. Finally, I found someone just like me. As they say, like attracts like, I finally came into like-minded people.
To understand our bodies, mind, and spirit it takes a lifetime, one must take the journey and the path of heart. Healing is beautiful, it’s natural and it is necessary.
As simple as the laying of the hands, Reiki is simply this ancient technique energetically or physically laying of the hands. It balances and restores energy, simply with the touch of love. Working with Reiki symbols which are energetically light language.
Shamanism teaches us that everything holds energy, I admired crystals for a very long time as many people do, they collect them and admire them. Becoming a crystal healer teacher, and crystal skull guardian brings everything to a different level.
Have you ever held a crystal tightly for a while and seen how super-hot it becomes? It pulsates energy through your hand, and the crystalline energy evolves within your body, when using it to meditate a crystal can heighten your awareness, even your nervous system, help relieve stress and anxiety. They can also open your psychic intuition.
Can you share a personal story about the role of rituals, beliefs, or visions in your spiritual practices and how they shape your unique approach to healing?
We all have a ritual that we practice, sometimes without even realizing we are doing them. Such as prayer, lighting a candle for guidance, or someone we love, even doing good deeds can be a ritual, a gesture of grace. It is a practice to better oneself and others, a respectful connection to the Great Source. Giving gratitude or asking for permission to enter sacred places, protecting the Earth and all that live upon her, all our relations.
The question arises: what do you believe in? Is your faith strong? All leads to a connection to the Great Mystery and the universal cosmic energy, which leads to healing.
How does dreamwork play a crucial role in your practice? Could you offer a brief example of a dream that significantly influenced your understanding and its application in daily life?
Dreaming is not only when we sleep, there is wakeful dreaming and we do it all the time. One needs to remember we live our dreams. When someone doesn’t recall their dream, it is said that part of them has been lost. Lucid dreaming helps us work with life’s situations, and pay attention to them, A dreamtime person can change the dream several times while sleeping, helping get out of nightmares or paralyzing dreams. Seeds can also be planted in Dreamtime, and the ability to receive messages can guide us in decision-making. I usually do my courses in Dreamtime from there. I bring them into this dimension, the here and now.
At times one can foresee things to come, pay attention to those messages and what they are trying to tell you. Especially, when dreaming of other people, share the dream, and make sure they are aware of it. It’s good practice to share dreams with someone or even hold dream circles, giving a space to bring insights about them.

Share a concise, impactful encounter with entities and explain how it has shaped your spiritual journey.
Entities are a difficult subject, earth-dwelling spirits sometimes get trapped and don’t want to leave the earth, or they might have suffered trauma when they died and not know how to find their way to the light, in which they may need help to ascend.
Spirits sometimes stay in spaces, houses, and land and sometimes want to house people. Causing suffering and pain for those not knowing what is happening.
I remember when I was young being able to sense their presence. There is one event that happened that I would like to share with you, especially since no one believed me at the time. I call it the lady in the blue gown, I lived in an apartment with a partner at the time, and I would see and feel a woman in a blue gown go from the bathroom to the kitchen take a knife, and walk back to the bathroom. I would tell my partner at the time and the friends that were hanging out with us. But they just made jokes and laughed at me. But I kept experiencing the same event over and over. I started talking to the lady in the blue gown to ask what happened. One day I was in the bathtub, and I saw the scene in my head, she was floating in the tub with the knife and blood was in the water. Yes, I did get scared but I kept talking to her saying she needed to release and go to the light. Well, we finally were moving out to a bigger home, and the landlord came to say goodbye and thanked us for being good tenants. Then he said, to all of us as our friends were helping us move out. “I never told you this because I didn’t know how you would take this, but the previous tenant died in the bathtub, she cut her veins and committed suicide, and we found her in her nightgown”.
Everyone gasped, and they all turned to me to look at me and say, “Irma was right, there was a lady in a blue gown, she saw it”. Oh my, the truth set me free, I was finally believed, and I remember laughing at how they all reacted. Before leaving the apartment, I told the lady in the blue gown that it was ok to leave and ascend to the light that there would be someone waiting for her, and that it was time. I left the apartment in peace as I felt she heard me and hopefully ascended in peace.
In my life, I have helped many, from children to elders with similar situations. Talking to spirits has taught me a lot. Especially on 9/11 when so many people died unexpectedly. Remember the ones we lose, take time to send them to the light, not ask them to stay by you because you might miss them, we all must transcend to the stars when our time comes.
