Can you describe to our readers what PSYCH-K® is?
Originator Rob Williams describes PSYCH-K®: “PSYCH-K® is a user-friendly way to rewrite the software of our minds and change the printout of our lives”. This process works wonders and connects with the subconscious mind in a fast and easy way. It is in the subconscious mind that our programming is embedded and we react, speak, think, and create our lives on the basis of our deep programming.
PSYCH-K® is a spiritual process with psychological benefits. PSYCH-K® is the result of ‘a series of intuitive leaps of consciousness’ generated by years of research and thousands of sessions with individuals and groups. It is a simple and direct way to change self-limiting beliefs at the subconscious level of the mind, where nearly all of human behaviour – both constructive and destructive – originates.
PSYCH-K®’s overall purpose is to accelerate individual and global evolution by aligning subconscious beliefs with conscious wisdom in our personal and professional lives from the world’s great spiritual and intellectual traditions. The practical application of this wisdom in our personal and professional lives brings a deeper sense of peace and satisfaction, mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. This is a truly Self-Actualization way of living.
How did you get introduced to the field and what sparked your interest in it?
I have always been fascinated by the human mind and the capacity it has to create literally miracles in our everyday lives. We have been taught as people that we are meek, mild, and helpless. That we are born in sin and do not deserve to have or be anything that we would want to have or be. It just did not make sense to me. Why would a benevolent Creator, who professes to have made the human in its image (perfection) create something so lowly?
I started suspecting something was afoot at a very young age. I have always felt, seen, and heard other elements that other people in my life, did not sense. I grew up fairly isolated and not fitting into the status quo. It was only when I had started my own life, that I discovered that there is so much more! Even science was alluding to the human species’ ability to exceptional powers of manifestation and creation. The book that inspired me to finally study PSYCH-K® was The Biology of Belief by Dr. Bruce Lipton. Here I found all the science I was looking for and it gave such confidence to finally marry science and spirituality. Quantum Physics – the most researched science on earth, now also confirms that we create our realities through the lenses we look at the world.
My journey towards PSYCH-K® took almost 4 decades of learning and research, and when I finally found it, I knew that I had found the ‘missing link’. Finally, my personal belief that we are magical, that we have the capacity to effect tremendous change within ourselves and the world, and that we can do it with a fair amount of ease and speed, was proven to be correct.
What can people expect from your workshops?
Although the content of the PSYCH-K® workshops is universal, it is the PSYCH-K® Instructor’s individual way of presenting and teaching that differentiates and attracts the right people to the right person who has the right teaching! Whoever you land with, will be the best person for you and your way of seeing the world.
Personally, I live and breathe to allow others to discover their magnificence within this current state of the world. We journey together through exploration, excitement, and, finally, joyful acceptance that we are magical, that change can be fun and easy, and that we have a definite reason for being here on the planet.
We examine that everything has a reason and a message and begin to see our lives not as victims, but as creators of events that would eventually lead us to embracing our magnificence and understanding that it’s our birthright to be in a Whole Brain State, which is the gateway to Higher Understanding and Enlightenment.
Our bodies have been created to be so much more than we were told and taught. And our souls came here to experience how to be Co-Creators in a 3D world that will catapult us to another higher dimension of being.
How does one start this journey? What is the starting point of PSYCH-K®?
It is important to take the PSYCH-K® journey step by step. It starts off with either the in-person Basic workshop or the Online Level 1 workshop.
The in-person workshop will teach you how to work with others and yourself with two extremely easy-to-execute processes. The Online Level 1 will teach you to work only with yourself, as well as with one of the easy processes. Both workshops will bring tremendous change automatically extending to the outer world you live in.

What is the Divine Integration Retreat?
After various workshops, PSYCH-K® offers a free workshop to its Facilitators worldwide – The Divine Integration Retreat. This is only available to those who have done the in-person Basic and the in-person Advanced workshops. This 4-day workshop focuses on the participant’s relationship with the Divine.
