Meet Kimberly Barrett, a dedicated healer who found her calling in the world of Melchizedek Healing and sacred geometry. In this interview, she shares her remarkable journey into the healing arts, her passion for crystals, and the transformative power of her unique approach to holistic well-being. How did you get into healing arts and when did you know it would be your calling?
Two needs pushed me into the healing arts. The need to find peace in my life and the need to help others, like myself, searching for peace. I believe my heart always knew that I would be using what I learned to help others. My practice just grew slowly over time until it was my primary focus.
What is Melchizedek Healing?
Working with the principles of sacred geometry, the Melchizedek Method is a multidimensional hands-off healing modality that clears dysfunctional energy and negative attachments, recharges the light body, and optimizes your energetic grids. It is a whole new formula for body health, harmony, and spiritual ascension. A way I like to describe what the energy feels like to people is, take all the modalities you know, blend them together, and put them on steroids. Many clients feel a deep sense of peace, alignment, and expansion at the end of the session. Over the following weeks, they witness positive shifts in their day-to-day life.
Can you explain Starlight Crystal Grid Activations for our readers?
I have a deep connection with crystals. I have been working with them for over 30 years. Guided by Spirit I create a crystal grid to support the healing the people attending will receive. This process can take up to an hour to get just right, before everyone arrives. Each individual will be asked, privately, what they would like to release, and what would they like to manifest. Using this information I include it during their healing session. Once the grid is activated I incorporate many techniques from Melchizedek Method to activate not just the healing requests but also any downloads that they are ready for but may have been blocking.
What other healing modalities do you use?
I use Integrated Energy Therapy (I.E.T.), Magnified Healing, 5th Dimensional Bodywork, Tong Ren, Brain Soulutions, Bars (Access Consciousness), Karuna Reiki, Shamanism, Ancient Peruvian Blessings, and I am a certified Melchizedek Priestess.
Your new book will be coming out soon. When can we expect it and what is it about?
Look for my chapter, Loving Myself Through Illness, Embracing the Higher Frequencies of Love for Vitality in, “ Love Initiation,” early 2024. It is a collaborative collection of stories and practices to inspire you and bring healing. My personal chapter is about my early struggle with Scleroderma and how I came out the other side to thrive.
What would you say is your main goal when it comes to your work?
My main goal is to assist people on their healing journey is to empower them. I want to give them the support, tools, and guidance to help them on their soul’s journey, no matter what that looks like.
