Paul‘s journey as a Psychic-Intuitive began in New York, where friends encouraged him to share his intuitive insights. He hails from a lineage of psychics, learning from mentors who honed his past, present, and future visions. Paul connects with individuals through voice, spirit, and energy, offering readings without reliance on tangible tools like tarot cards. His approach is guiding rather than imposing, allowing people to interpret and apply his insights as they see fit. Paul humbly recognizes that he doesn’t have all the answers, but he finds satisfaction in providing guidance on life’s journey, aiming to lead others toward peace and contentment in the universe. Can you share with us the pivotal moment when you realized your intuitive abilities and decided to pursue a path as a Psychic-Intuitive for individuals?
As a child, I remember the first time my intuitive abilities became apparent. It happened in a supermarket while my mom was pushing the shopping cart with me in it. I was causing a bit of a commotion, wanting to get out. Frustrated, my mom put me out of the cart and continued shopping.
That’s when I approached a lady, who I later found out was having a difficult time in her life. I distinctly told her, “You have a very bad husband.” I was only about six years old at the time. My mom later mentioned that I had said something about “change.” Afterward, I walked away, and my mom noticed the lady crying. She approached her, worried about what I had said. The lady then told my mom that the words I had spoken were exactly what she needed to hear. She had been in an abusive relationship and was contemplating leaving but was afraid. What I said somehow triggered her decision to leave.
This experience made me aware of the impact words could have on people. However, I was reluctant to pursue this type of work until I moved to New York in 2006. During my time there, I began helping people more extensively, initially through friends who knew of my abilities. It gained momentum as more people sought my guidance. I even put myself on Yelp, at the encouragement of friends, and that’s when things really took off. I had opportunities with the Oprah network, which unfortunately got postponed due to personal reasons. Over the years, many production houses have approached me with ideas for shows and projects related to my abilities.
Coming from a lineage of Psychics, particularly with your paternal grandmother’s reputation, how has your family’s background influenced your approach to Psychic-Intuitive work?
As someone deeply engaged in psychic and intuitive work, I’ve come to realize that psychic abilities can vary significantly among individuals. In my family, my mother, sister, and even my niece all possess their unique intuitive gifts. What’s interesting is that these abilities manifest differently in each of us. Personally, I’ve noticed that I have several sensory channels open to me. While most people tend to have one dominant channel, I have the privilege of experiencing four. I receive premonitions, allowing me to glimpse into future events. I can also sense and feel the energies of people and situations, often accompanied by physical sensations when I touch things. Additionally, my dreams serve as a potent channel for receiving information and insights.
In my intuitive readings, I incorporate tarot cards, although my approach is quite unconventional. I believe that each human life is distinct and not necessarily connected to our past lives in a way that’s commonly thought. Contrary to the belief that we’re here to rectify or complete past life experiences, I view each life as a unique opportunity to explore and experience different facets of existence. There’s no need to carry forward past life baggage; instead, each life presents its own set of lessons and experiences.
Regarding mediumship, I’ve evolved my perspective over time. I used to engage in mediumship, but my understanding of it has shifted. I no longer see it as communication with individual spirits in the way it’s often portrayed. Instead, I believe that when we transition from this life, we merge with the universal consciousness, becoming a part of the greater whole. There’s no sense of individuality or the ability to convey specific messages to loved ones. This perspective challenges the common narrative of mediums communicating with the deceased, but it reflects my own insights and experiences.
Ultimately, I see our existence as an intentional journey to explore, learn, and use our senses and free will to create the best lives possible. We’re here to engage with the universe’s laws of attraction and make the most of our unique human experiences. While my beliefs might differ from conventional interpretations, they’ve shaped my approach to intuitive work and guide me in helping others.
Many psychics use various tools like tarot cards or tea leaves, but you mentioned reading for people without tangible mediums. Could you elaborate on your unique method and how it enhances your readings?
Regarding my grandmother, she had a strong ability to read coffee cups and interpret their images. I’ve inherited some of this ability, primarily within my family, thanks to their encouragement and support. Essentially, what I do is interpret the feelings and energies I sense from each individual, and I can also use tarot cards if needed. As for whether this ability is always active or if I can turn it on and off, it’s something that occurs all the time. However, I’ve learned how to control it so that it doesn’t interfere with my daily life. In the past, when I was younger, I constantly received information, but I couldn’t quite explain it. It felt like a continuous stream of data that I didn’t fully comprehend. Over time, I realized that it was related to the vibrations and energies of people, and now I’ve developed the skill to either interpret it or simply turn it off when necessary.
You mentioned that you see yourself as a guide and avoid imposing personal opinions. Could you explain how you strike a balance between offering guidance and respecting a person’s free will and choices?
I’ve come to understand through my years of doing this work that it can have a significant impact on vulnerable individuals, similar to seeing a psychic or psychologist. Most of the time, when someone comes to me for a reading, their desires, thoughts, emotions, and free will have already created a certain vibration that is manifesting in their future. While free will can indeed change outcomes, many of the emotional vibrations within them have already started shaping their future. Therefore, I usually focus on the positive aspects of a person’s life during a reading. I might see challenging events like death, divorce, or illness, but I approach these topics indirectly. For example, if I sense a relationship change, I might gently suggest that it seems like a shift is coming without explicitly stating what it is. This approach allows them to grasp the situation without overwhelming them. People often hope for a chance to salvage a situation, and I try to provide that perspective if it’s available. However, if a situation is unavoidable, it becomes challenging to deliver that message directly.
I’ll give you a specific example: a client in Los Angeles was diagnosed with chlamydia by a doctor, and they were devastated. When they reached out to me, I received different information. I told them they had been misdiagnosed and actually had a different infection. They followed up with more tests, and it turned out I was correct. In such cases where the news causes distress, I’m very direct to help alleviate their emotional turmoil.
I’m also adept at finding missing people. An example from about six months ago involved a young autistic child who went missing in the Australian bush. A family member contacted me, and I shared what I sensed: that the child was behind the house near a red-colored area with his feet in the water but not fully immersed. I advised them not to immediately search for the child, saying they would find him within three days. True to my prediction, the child was discovered three days later behind their house, sitting in a creek with red soil, his feet in the water, and indeed, he was dehydrated, as I had mentioned. This demonstrates how free will and timing play a role in the outcomes of such situations, and I use my sense to guide when to provide advice and when to let events unfold naturally.
The subjective nature of psychic readings and the influence of free will can affect accuracy. How do you manage expectations and ensure that clients receive valuable insights even if outcomes may vary?
Explaining how my abilities work can be a bit challenging since it’s become second nature to me. When I receive information or insights, it feels very specific and clear, even though I might be talking about events in the future. I understand that it might sound strange to others because, in essence, I’m discussing things that haven’t happened yet. However, in my perception, these details are vivid and accurate.
For instance, I might describe a future job, like a marketing position in a technology company, involving a phone call with a person who has certain characteristics, such as being a brunette. When I provide such information, there’s still room for free will to come into play. Some clients, upon hearing these details, might decide to actively seek out situations that match the description, like looking for someone with red hair in technology roles.
However, many of my regular clients have come to understand my insights differently. They realize that when I speak, I’m conveying a strong sense of certainty about what will occur, so they don’t feel the need to actively pursue those situations or allow free will to interfere. But for first-time clients, these insights can indeed have a significant impact, and it’s natural for them to contemplate how their choices might influence the future events I describe.
