Can you please share a few details about your professional journey?
I have a diploma in clinical hypnotherapy from the National Council for Hypnotherapy in the UK. I’m also certified in past life regression therapy, so I specialize in past life regression and use it as a therapeutic tool to help clients. I was taken through my first past life progression when I was in 1987, so it was quite a while ago. That was at the College of Psychic Studies in London and it was quite impactful. It was just amazing what was coming up, and I thought this was something I wanted to do – I wanted to get involved in doing hypnosis and to do it properly.
I did a 10-month course at college. It was a lot of classroom hours. I was hypnotized a lot, and I hypnotized a lot of people. We went through all sorts of processes, whether it was learning how to help people stop smoking, lose weight, get rid of phobias or anxiety, etc. I got my full diploma in clinical hypnotherapy and then went on to get certified past life regression therapy. I’ve been taken through a lot of past life regressions and after hundreds and hundreds of them now, taking people through past life progression, I can say that it has been quite a journey and quite an education. It’s very powerful, and it’s always exciting to do it.
How does Past Life Regression work?
That’s the big question. The process begins with a hypnotic induction, which is pretty much the same he was any hypnotic induction. It’s just about relaxation, visualization, and their different stages. What is different here compared to clinical hypnotherapy is that we get to a point where we start to bring in the spirit guides. The idea is that your spirit guides and your highest self will choose which past life/lives you will see in the session. They’ll choose what’s really beneficial for you.
A part of the hypnotic language in the induction is that we ask spirit guides for their assistance and we would say, “Take us to the past life that is the origin point of the current life issue”. It may be that we would name what the issue is. For example, if it’s a phobia of birds, we would say Take us to the origin point of this phobia of birds. Take us to the earliest point in time where this became an issue”.
Additionally, when we’re in the past lives, we will see different past life scenes where things will be happening that could be very insightful and provide great understanding for us. They can be very emotional, too, which is a part of the energy release. However, these past life scenes come to a natural end and then we’ll move on. I may say to the client that I’m going to count down from 5 to 0 and when I get to zero, they are going to move to a significant event in that past life. That would be an event that is the cause of the current life’s issues. It’s always the spirit guides who are choosing what we see in the past life. It’s not up to me what comes out.
In the hypnotic induction, I’m describing everything for the client, but as soon as we step into the past life, I don’t describe anything anymore. I keep my questions very basic and I can’t do any leading, so everything comes to the client in their imagination and their emotions. That’s where the really good work is done because they’re having the experience and I’m there as a facilitator.
When I do a past life progression session, towards the end of it we go to a space where we can talk to the spirit guides and they turn up about 90% of the time. I always ask them “Do you have a message for us before we finish?”. Often, they say, “Just remember that your spirit guides are always with you, that they’re always on your side, and if you need help from them, just ask for it”. That’s the final message that I always get.
You also offer PLR therapy sessions. What are the differences between those and “regular” Past Life Regression hypnosis sessions?
It’s a thing where a past life progression session can be just an exploration. People come to me sometimes and they’ve got a great interest in this sort of thing, but they’re not looking for therapy. What we’ll do in this hypnotic language is, instead of saying “Take us to the origin point of this issue”, we’ll just say to the spirit guides “Take us to a past life that will be beneficial to view right now or to a past life that would give us some great insights”. We don’t know what’s going to come up. Occasionally, it seems that the spirit guides are saying, “Well, we know what you’ve asked, but tough luck, you’re getting therapy”.
Other times, we can see all sorts of things coming up. For example, people might be in a past life scene in the Victorian era and there’s a dinner table with their family. Suddenly they’ll say “Hang on! That person is my son in that past life, but is now my brother in this life”, so you’ll see people were incarnated together.
Additionally, when we’re doing therapy sessions, we go targeting, like I mentioned, looking for these things where we can do therapy. When we find them, there are techniques that we can use to break the bonds to the past life that are causing a problem, release negative energy, and remove these connections to the past life.
On the other hand, we don’t do those things in an exploration unless we really need to. It’s a lighter past life regression because sometimes when it’s therapeutic, it can get very emotional. It’s a more intense process.
How do you customize your services for individual clients?
I send out an intake form at the beginning and it’s quite comprehensive. It has a lot of questions and it’s really good because it really makes you think about what you’re trying to do, what you’ve done before, how you feel, and what you can bring to the session, as you’ve got your own strengths and weaknesses.
We go through the form and I have a free consultation which people can book on my website. It’s 20 minutes long and we talk about what they’ve written in the form and what they’re trying to achieve. I also explain the process to them and then, before going into a past life induction. We can be aware that there are things that somebody might have come up with in their current life. Therefore, while I specialize in past life regression, I’ve also been trained in current life regression, even though that’s not my specialty. Therefore, while we try to avoid doing current life regression, it might happen occasionally that we would say “Take us to the origin point of this issue” and the origin point is in the current life. In those cases, we’ll go back to the point in this life. The goal is to work out with the client what is the intention of the session and what we’re aiming to do. We agree on that together because it’s a partnership. When you see a doctor, they’re in charge pretty much and they say “You have to take these pills and you have to have this specialist do this thing to you”. However, in past life regression, we work together and it’s 50/50 between us.
What topics does your Past Lives Podcast cover and can you tell me a bit more about that part of your work?
I have 2 podcasts. One of them is the Past Lives Podcast and the other one is The Alien UFO Podcast. How I describe the Past Lives Podcast is that it’s looking for evidence that consciousness survives death. That could be near-death experiences, children with past life memories, deathbed visions, mediumship, etc. It goes into all these different things, but it’s based on finding the evidence rather than it being faith-based. I’ve done over 275 episodes and each one is an hour-long interview with somebody who researches the staff or who has had an experience of this nature. I talked to people who say that in a near-death experience, they found themselves looking down on their body in the hospital. They see the hospital team trying to resuscitate them. Then, when they are revived, they can describe the whole resuscitation and describe what different people did, who came in the room, who left, how the equipment works, etc. The doctors hear that and say “You couldn’t know that that happened because you were dead at the time. We had equipment hooked up to your body. Your heart was stopped and your brain was flatlined. You couldn’t have known that specific thing”.
Evidence like this comes up over and over. People have these experiences. They’ll see something that’s miles away from the hospital, something that they couldn’t possibly know about because their consciousness has gone there. That’s the verification and evidence that I look for on the podcast.
What can you tell us about your other podcast?
The other podcast is The Alien UFO Podcast. I’ve done over 80 episodes of that one. It’s also 1 hour-long interviews with people. What we’re beginning to find and what a lot of people have recognized in the last few years is that there’s a crossover between spirituality and UFOs and that UFOs and people who might claim to have encountered aliens claim that they have multi-dimensional or astral properties. What’s happening under the alien craft indicates shifting out of our reality into another one. They just kind of disappear or fade away. The ET seems to do this.
Furthermore, sometimes people talk about themselves being outside of their body in some way when there’s a UFO around. It’s called high strangeness, and it gets really weird, and I’m fascinated by that. For me, the weirder it gets, the more interested I am.
