Your ability to create spirit portraits is truly remarkable, bridging the gap between the mortal world and the spirit realm. Can you share with us how you first discovered this unique gift and how it has evolved over the years since 2007?

Around 2005, I began meditating daily, and during those sessions, I started noticing faces of people I knew appearing before me. Sometimes these faces were clear and other times fleeting. Their mouths would move as if speaking, yet no words emerged. As time passed, unfamiliar faces started coming into focus, getting remarkably close to me.
I wasn’t frightened, but I felt intrigued and sought to understand this phenomenon better. I would silently ask for answers within myself. Towards the end of 2005, fate led me to a spiritual magazine containing an article by Carol Hess. She mentioned that those interested in developing psychic abilities could contact her. In early 2006, I met Carol and her partner George at their home, along with another individual. That marked the beginning of a remarkable journey.
As they say, when the student is ready, the teacher appears. Carol became an immensely significant spiritual mentor in my life, and our bond grew into a deep friendship that endured until her passing. Her presence was pivotal not just for her teachings, but also because her guidance and George’s support helped me navigate the challenges of 2006, a year marked by my father’s illness and passing.
In 2007, Carol invited me to join an exclusive closed circle, a significant step that required invitation. It was during this period that she recognized my potential for psychic art. I brought in a picture I had drawn for someone—a copy, not freehand. Even though I had always enjoyed drawing and art, copying was my forte. Carol encouraged me to request guidance from my guides to create a drawing for someone in the circle. Skeptical, I complied, and despite my reservations, the outcome surprised me.
The drawings evolved as I collaborated with the artist in spirit, learning to channel their creativity. For years, I remained unaware of the identity of the spirit guiding my art. Then, one night, a vivid dream unveiled the name Kyro/Cairo. Subsequent research led me to Francesco del Cairo, an Italian portrait artist from the 1700s. The synchronicities astounded me—our home’s design, Carol’s Italian connection, and my newfound revelation.

Working with your guides and mentors, you channel images and faces that are transformed into detailed portraits. Can you describe the process of creating these spirit portraits and the level of concentration and connection required during the drawing?

My approach to psychic art is unique. I never see the face I am about to draw until it emerges on paper; I trust the process. Sometimes, my right hand feels heavy, signifying the time to draw. I prefer having a photo of the person seeking a reading. Holding the image, I connect with my guides, allowing someone to come through the artwork. Occasionally, while drawing, I receive insights or messages that I jot down immediately.
I work in solitude to minimize distractions, tapping into the energy of the person in the photo. Although the drawings don’t always represent the person in the photo, they can be linked to them in various ways. I’ve drawn people connected to clients, including friends of friends or neighbors. At times, I’ve even drawn living individuals. The impact of my drawings can be immediate or gradual; recognition may come swiftly or take time.
I recall an instance where I drew a man during a circle session. His wife’s spirit communicated a poignant message through the drawing, moving him to tears. Such experiences showcase the intricate orchestration of spirit guidance. While some drawings are immediately recognized, others might take years to be identified, but I firmly believe that each drawing reaches the intended recipient according to a grander plan.
In essence, my journey into psychic art has been a profound exploration of connections beyond the visible realm. Through trust, collaboration, and perseverance, I’ve channeled the creativity of an artist from another time, bringing messages of comfort, healing, and insight to those who resonate with my work.
