Intuitive Teaching Approach: How do you incorporate intuition into your teaching methods? Can you provide an example of a situation where your intuitive insights led to a unique and effective teaching strategy?

A client years ago told me that she had privately paid Deepok Chopra and Dr. Wayne Dyer hundreds of thousands of dollars to privately coach and that I’d given her more in one hour than they had during her working with them. When I asked her if she knew why, she simply stated that they teach the same Universal and Spiritual laws, but they weren’t intuitive and couldn’t show her how it relates to her privately and what she is and isn’t doing that integrates the teachings and how to use them, based on what she is doing, vs. what she thinks she is. It is what I call intercession when you can go into one’s life and tell them the exact moment of what they think or do by giving them the details such as this example: I was speaking publicly to a group one day and I asked a lady if she would allow me to approach her. She of course said “Yes”. Then, I explained to her that she had a pattern going on in her life that wasn’t in alignment with her, and she denied these patterns. When I shared with her what she thought that very morning when she spread her peach preserves on her toast, she smiled acknowledging to all attending that she had thought that and did have peach preserves that morning for breakfast. Then, I explained that when she got in the car with her children, her daughter was directly behind her, and her son was in the seat next to her daughter, her friend Melissa called and said this sentence out loud, and gave her that intel, she cried, realizing that she was thinking those thoughts and we worked on it for her. The ability to use intuitive guidance to give details to a client, helps them to see what I see and then they can make choices in life. Otherwise, they just keep repeating the same patterns, without knowing what they are doing, because they wouldn’t do it intentionally. The value of someone being able to point out those details connects them to the truth and that truth sets people free and causes breakthroughs that transform their lives. It is also a very loving and personal way to connect them to their lives, to their thoughts, feelings, behavior, and the ultimate results they wish to have.

Intercessory Skills: In the role of an intercessor, you’ll be mediating between parties and offering guidance. Can you share a challenging intercessory situation you’ve encountered in the past? How did you approach it, and what was the outcome?

Very often people, as mentioned in the previous question, don’t know what they think daily, which you know dictates their experiences according to how we set this life up – LOA. Nor why they behave the way that they do, because they do not know that there is a root cause behind their behavior, that is summoning them to heal. As I am sure you and your audience know, emotional responses to things are triggers we can use to set ourselves free and overcome that curriculum, but sometimes we need some intercessory help. Here is an illustration of that: A lady who was 61 years old came to me for a session. I started the session by telling her that I didn’t even want to share with her what I was being told but had to be complicit to help her. That she had a tendency in life to be abrasive and confrontational, but that wasn’t her nature and it began when she was only 14 years old, when she was raped. I shared exactly what he looked like, hair and all, where he lived in town, where he raped her, and that he had raped her three times, giving her the precise timeline of the rapes. I was seeing the man standing in front of her at the time he raped her, so describing him was easy to do. She had never told a soul about this and was getting angry. I then gently explained why her life had gone the way it had, how this had affected all of her relationships with men, what had happened in her marriage, how he died the debt that he left her with and so many other details. I then asked her if she would be willing to forgive the rapist so that she could start a new life and stop the patterns she had found herself in. She forgave him and was set free. She became a sweet, loving, and gentle person after this and we kept in touch for a while. She began to grow exponentially and started experiencing freedom in ways she never knew possible and shared with a family about the rape and that began an entirely new healing for her.

Relationship Building: Building strong relationships is crucial in your role. Describe a time when you successfully helped mend a strained relationship between individuals or within a group. What steps did you take, and what principles guided your approach?

Sharing with couples and families is one of my favorite things to do. I’ll give you three illustrations here: I met a Medium from England in a class and he and I bonded and we decided to do sessions for each other. I drove to his home in Tampa, FL from The Villages. He and his wife both gave me readings in their hour with me and when they were finished, I began to explain to each of them what the other was saying in the home, and what messages they were wanting the other to get. Within 15 minutes, the wife stopped me looked at her husband, and said, “What the hell are we paying a counselor $200 an hour for when she just told us exactly what we say to each other and what it means, therefore giving us healing?” Being understood, being heard, and having the ability to help others know what people mean when they say certain things, is beautiful because their defenses come down and they become much more accepting and can then move into curiosity instead of being defensive only because they don’t understand the motive of the other and are speaking from a somewhat limited way. I teach a lot about open-handed conversations, instead of closed-fisted ones, and how family members can communicate in a heart-motivated way, which is inclusive. The second example is a funny one of these three sisters, who came to me regularly. One day, I told them that this one wasn’t going to be easy and they said to proceed, that they were ready. They were all seated on my sofa and one of them had gotten my glass bowl off of my coffee table and put it on top of a pillow and was delving into the crystals/stones within the bowl, which is a meditative thing to do. When I asked the question, “Okay, who is the one that makes the other two late and it is one of the most frustrating things that you three experience living together?” The one sister who had her hands in the bowl, moving the crystals around, handed the one whom I was speaking about the pillow with the bowl and said “Here, you are going to need this.” We all laughed. I began to explain what this did to the other two and when it was over, she realized that she did this subconsciously, because she wanted to have her own space and move out and not live with the other two. I love mending relationships by giving the truth because the truth sets everyone at ease and free. This is such a pivotal thing for couples and families to experience. I also had a client who had cancer and got to the point where she could no longer communicate. Twice, I went into the home and as soon as I walked in, I would sit down on the sofa and reach for a pillow and put it in my lap and she would crawl onto my lap and lay her head on the pillow and I would put my hand on top of the side of her face and then read what she wanted her family to know. Each person was deeply touched by the details and love she was sharing with them and I went one by one, including even the daughter-in-law’s mother. My heart is motivated to connect people and to love others understanding that what we say isn’t always what we mean and that the heart is always pure, if you can uncover it. This is something that I do as an intercessor for others, I communicate what the heart is trying to say, instead of what the filters they speak through comprehend.

Navigating Conflict: Conflict can arise in various contexts. How do you navigate conflicts between your students, clients, or team members while maintaining a harmonious environment? Can you provide an example of a conflict resolution process you’ve employed?

I don’t have employees, so I don’t have conflicts there. The biggest issue that I have is that I work with older souls, so therefore, they know enough to get themselves into trouble and they are strong-willed, so sometimes getting to their heart and helping them to transition to a new thought, a new truth, and getting free is a challenge. To give you an example of this: I had a CEO who I worked with and on the first visit, she was demanding an answer to something she wanted to know. I gave her the confirmation that what she thought was happening at work, actually was. Then, I was giving a lot of other information to her and she was fighting me. I asked her if she would just allow me to do my job and that there were other things she needed to know and gave her a bunch of information that only God/Universe could know, as she had never spoken these things aloud. She kept fighting me, wanting to control and I knew God wanted more for her, so I finally told her that if she wasn’t going to allow me to do what she paid me for, I could leave her home. She finally calmed down and let me speak to her and give her a lot of details about things she wanted to do and the timing of them. She was angry inside of me because I wasn’t complicit with her demanding tones and wanting only what she wanted to know. I explained that five main areas in her life were coming forward and gave her many things about these five things and working through them. In the end, I told her that she would believe that the next thing that I was going to ask her to do, would insult her intelligence and that she may even get angry at me. To which she said, “Go ahead and say it.” I told her that I knew she would not have to go to work that day and to find something that soothed her, pleased her, made her come alive, and that it might take her hours and to please text me when she knew what she was going to do. She texted me hours later, telling me she was going to an art gallery. This pivotal move on her part, helped her for years to calm down, to get in alignment and she ended up taking a difficult scenario and having the manager meet her later in the gallery to discuss the scenario that I had confirmed she was right about, and the ending was beautiful and he told her that he thought she would be confrontational, but he had had one of the best days in his life by sitting in the gallery and discussing the issues at work with her in this space and thanked her.

Another example of this was when I was doing a healing workshop in Houston with Elisa Medhaus. A client who is the one who is actually in my home right now scheduled a private session with me before the workshop began. She had epilepsy and had lost her license and couldn’t function. When she came into the room with me, I smiled at her and asked her to lie down, so that I could scan her body to find out what was going on. She adamantly said, “I want you to heal my epilepsy!” I asked her, “Will you let me do my job?” To which she answered, “I scheduled this and am paying you to heal my epilepsy!” I then asked her gently again, “Will you let me do my job?” To which she got frustrated and told me again that this was her money and she was paying me to do a specific thing.” Then I asked her this, “Do you really only want me to deal with epilepsy, or would you rather heal all five things that you’ve been diagnosed with?” She laid down LOL. Within minutes of me scanning her body, I revealed where a lot of the stuck energy was, was in her hip when she broke it riding her bike how neglected she was how her parents didn’t know she was in excruciating pain, and how long it took her to get to the doctors to get help. She cried, released this, and forgave everyone involved, including herself. I shared that this healing energy would be working on her for three days and she may feel fatigued because this was huge. She let me know later, that she did feel exhausted for three days, but after these days were over, ALL FIVE of her conditions were healed, including alopecia.

You see, even though we want to heal emotionally, psychologically, and physically, we will also fight it, wanting to control it and think we know what needs to happen, but oh, God/Universe wants to give us so much more than this and sees more than we can comprehend. I am that person who connects those dots for others, puts the puzzle together, and helps guide them to their freedom. This is why my tagline for my work is “The Breakthrough Alchemist”. I love what I do and the transformations that people go through. They have only put themselves in a self-imposed prison and they can change their minds and be free. My job is to give them that truth so that they can be free. Sometimes they are not easy to deal with, but I love them through it because I see the predicaments they get themselves into, I also see and know the Higher Self and am communicating with it to help them move into that alignment so that they can thrive and overcome anything they have created.

Balancing Intuition and Evidence: Intuition can be powerful, but balancing it with evidence and established principles is important. How do you ensure a balanced approach in your work as an intuitive teacher and relationship expert? Can you share an instance where your intuition guided you to explore further using evidence-based methods?

I am big on balancing the spirit, the mind, and the body – spirit self, emotional/thought/mindset self, and not just the physical body, but all in the physical. I asked to have my brain studied so that I could understand how what I know in the spiritual and emotional realm by studying human behavior and learning alchemical techniques, would be done in the body where some of these things were located, and how the brain functioned. Within two weeks, had a physicist approach me, telling me he wanted to study by brain. This was such an amazing experience for me because he was teaching me the physical evidence coming purely from a scientific perspective. He was only about science and didn’t embrace anything spiritual, however, when he would tell me about his discoveries such as “Tammy, I’ve figured out that when you think a thought of something that you want, brand new neural pathways develop in the brain to make that happen.” I would be elated and tell him that all he was doing was proving the spiritual and universal laws that I was teaching. We bonded and became great friends over this. I love using all three, as I call the holy trinity of self, to teach, to give evidence, and to show the truth about it all, and have done many studies in this regard so that I can not just deal with spiritual concepts. Most spiritual people don’t want to deal with the physical, but the physical is the biggest and best tool we have to see what we don’t want, what we do want, and the Segway to get it and have everything that our hearts desire. People in general, tend to focus only on one aspect of this trinity, either the physical, the emotional/feelings, or the spiritual. The balance in life is embracing and using all three because they are all so great to use together. Working with older souls means that most of them only want to focus on the spiritual aspects and escape some of what they are experiencing here. They want to run from things, and I help them to know that this physical world is supporting them, and grounding in that and using it, is the highest form of spiritual growth, for they chose to come here. In the end, this physicist said that he thought I wasn’t human and that I was some kind of angelic being, to which I answered, “Well if that was true then why have I been through hell and been through so much trauma to get here?” He laughed and said he had no answer for that one.

I don’t look at myself as being gifted or special. I have done the spiritual work and with that comes an uncovering of more abilities, sensitivities, and so many other things that develop as you grow. It’s like looking above the tree lines and you can see and know things that you didn’t before, once you simply overcome a curriculum in your life.

Could you tell us more about the Five-Step Breakthrough Method (TM)?

  1. Acknowledge what is going on, which means you are no longer in denial about being in pain, suffering, or attracting that which you do not like. Acknowledging where you are without judging yourself is the first step to freedom
  2. Owning – this means that whether you consciously or unconsciously created something, admitting that it was your creation without judgment is a fantastic way to get to freedom. When you acknowledge what is happening and how much it affects you, you own that it is yours and yours alone and only about you, instead of blaming others while playing the victim role
  3. Forgiving all who were involved and then forgiving yourself is an indescribable freedom, there are many ways that I do this with clients, and it’s too much to get into here
  4. Choosing again – that which you do want and what you want, consciously going forward
  5. Breathing in love and light into the crown chakra and exhaling what no longer serves you. This gets the person physically involved in replacing the old energy with the new and improved (LOL) energy

This does not do this method justice and is so elemental here, but there are many components to all of this. This was given to me at the age of 13 years old, and I started practicing this and now use it with every client in various ways. It is a complete method that is brilliant, and I am so thankful to have been given it to facilitate healing in others and for myself. I use this personally and have since I got this.
