Can you tell us about yourself and your professional background?
Everything changed for me when one day I answered the door and a subpoena was placed in my hand. I was living a perfect life, but I was relying on my husband for everything. I was caught in a fraud in my husband’s company and right then I knew, that I had to take grow up fast and take complete control of my life. I had just gone back to grad school at the time, but somehow, I stayed focused and did whatever it took to finish my degrees and certifications necessary to open a private practice, all the while fighting a lawsuit that goes on for many years.
What I learned from my own experience, and that of my clients, is that no matter what’s going on in the family, whether it’s bankruptcy, addiction, divorce, job loss, or being a caregiver for others, women carry the load. And for this reason, I created ‘The Reinvention Formula’ a quick and easy step-by-step coaching system, so that other women, who’ve gotten an extreme ‘wake up call’ that caused them to re-evaluate their lives, have a simple road map to bounce back with resilience, discover their potential and find joy in living their full potential.
Is the Reinvention Formula™ a coaching program?
Yes. The ‘Reinvention Formula™’ is only coaching. Although I’m a therapist for over 30 years, I’m also a certified coach. Therapy deals with the pain. There’s no need to dig deep into the pain for this! You know your past, so let’s move on from there and go forward. How you got here is not relevant. What matters is that you don’t go back; and what also matters is that you have the tools, to continue to thrive with confidence and grow.
