Our client’s needs and requirements are integral to our ethos. We first carefully selected the best gurus and had a vigorous one-to-one vetting and interviewing system to ensure the gurus met our highest standards.
We include them in our 4-week spiritual development program to deepen their knowledge of how we expect them to deal with clients and grow their abilities through our platform. The program also enhances ways our gurus can look after their energy, deepen their spiritual connections, and ultimately encourage them to be their best.
We also hold regular webinar sessions to meet the gurus either one-to-one or in small groups to help answer any queries or questions they have and regularly review them internally in our review program, where we look at customer comments and reviews.
During our rigorous recruitment process, we conducted interviews with more than 2500 psychics to find the 600 gurus we have now onboarded to our platform who are fully vetted and are committed to upholding authenticity and maintaining the highest standards.

Our Gurus are respected within their chosen field; they are professional people. MyGuru takes the recruitment and assessment process very seriously, we worked hard to recruit professionals at the top of their game. We aim to look after them, with the knowledge that they will also look after us.
As mentioned above we have created a detailed and vigorous screening and selection process that enables us to find the best gurus in the world in their specified fields.
Our process includes a detailed application form, one to one interview, rating and scoring on their abilities, presentation and communication skills as well as testing their specialist abilities. We then meet them again for a photo shoot and work with the guru to create a customer profile.
We include them in our 4 week long spiritual development program as mentioned above and hold regular webinar sessions to meet the gurus either one-to-one or in small groups to help answer any queries or questions they have. The gurus are regularly reviewed internally in a monthly review program, where we look at customer comments and reviews.
Any guru who is getting negative reviews we bring into a one-to-one review process and establish if we can assist them with any issues to help them become better at connecting to our clients.
