Jamie Dooley is an award winning thought leader and co-creator of SisterCoach Collective. What are some of the biggest challenges that women face in terms of external factors and internal factors? How do you work with women to overcome these challenges?
After working with nearly 1,000 spiritual and professional women, the number one thing I see holding women back is the message that we are not enough as we are, perpetuated by media and advertising. This message leads us to a life that is not authentic at our core. Women end up stuck in a loop of trying to be perfect, feeling like an imposter, and distracting themselves from taking aligned action. We never become who we came to be.
Mindset work and expensive, lengthy programs are not required for transformation to occur. With our modality, transformation occurs in the quantum, as A Course in Miracles states, in a “Holy Instant.” Taking aligned action after one of these somatic releases is not just easy, but actually FUN! We love hearing stories of the giggles as women return to the creative joy of their youth.
You speak of a revolution in the female coaching industry – can you elaborate?
Sure! Lisa and I have been dreaming of a community where women exchange high-level 1:1 coaching and healing techniques with each other as basic life skills for decades. It’s what we have done with each other for the past 10 years. We’ve taken multiple programs and tried and tested out so many modalities, then shared with each other what was most powerful when working with clients.
By fusing our styles together, what we’ve created is a beautiful, highly transformational modality that any woman can and should learn as a basic life skill versus solely to start a business. SisterCoaching is a form of Expansion Coaching. It works across all dimensions.
We find that each time we give a session, we benefit as much as when we receive it. That has been the biggest A-ha moment for us, that learning to facilitate expansion for others causes our own expansion at a greater rate than only receiving. That is why fees are not exchanged when you work with a SisterCoach. Because both know the modality, the exchange is energetic and mutually beneficial.
You talk about expansion being better than manifestation. Can you elaborate on that?
I started my career as a manifestation coach. While it can help us gain clarity on what kind of life we want, we often end up feeling worse day to day because we are focused on what we lack instead of appreciating what we have. Trendy New Age principles actually hurt many women, keeping them hustling to change and control their lives instead of just enjoy their lives. It’s overly masculine.
Expansion is better than manifestation because it uses the Law of Resonance. We show women how to feel good now, with absolutely nothing in their outer world changing, through the power of their own hearts.
Our Expansion Method is a six-step model with an easy-to-remember acronym; ADOR’EM. We teach it in a 7 Day Challenge container that helps women reset their nervous systems and improve one relationship in just one week. The holds our beliefs have on our lives and the actions of others come crumbling down so fast. We love the comments from women all over the world who have had success with this method!
What is your SisterCoach Collective exactly?
Our SisterCoach™ Collective is an online community that is completely separate from typical social media platforms. There is no advertising, and you won’t be sold anything. It’s like an online virtual women’s circle where everyone is learning the same modality as a foundation or framework, but able to bring their unique gifts and intuition to The Collective.
