When did your passion for helping others begin and what inspired you to guide people in their life challenges?
My passion for helping others began when I was around 3 years old and I learned that it pleased my grandmother for me to take care of my mother. I became very good at guiding, nurturing, teaching and helping others in their life challenges.
Please tell us a bit more about your practice, Allow Your Wellbeing and its mission?
My private practice, Allow Your Well-being, was officially born during the covid pandemic as working from home and life transitions allowed me this opportunity. However, I have been in private practice since 2012 with the desire and mission to create empowering ripple effects as I help my clients reconnect to their essence, which is love.
Is there a specific area that you specialize in?
Even though I see children, teens, individual young adults, and couples, I specialize in helping people use loving awareness of their emotions, thoughts, and body to reconnect with themselves and from this place of acceptance, intentionally allow their desires to flow to them. When clients are open to alternative methods, we use breath, tapping, imagery, and hypnosis to clear unhelpful patterns and reprogram their minds to create what they want within themselves, relationships, career, money, and other situations.
On a personal level, do you have any non-negotiable routines for self-care that you follow?
I don’t have non-negotiable self-care routines for myself as I’m very intuitive and flexible with my daily flow. Yet, I meditate almost daily for 15 minutes and do my best to listen to my emotions, body, and breath while being intentional about my focus as I prioritize my well-being.
Lastly, any tips to share with our readers to achieve their desires?
Practice grounding yourself regularly and allow your imagination and emotions to inspire your action which brings you your desires. Come see me and I’ll gladly guide you with loving awareness.
